We'd like to clarify a few points regarding your shipment. The rate adjustment was not the result of our company "backing you into a corner." Carrier pricing is determined by the transportation market, and the increase reflects what was required to secure a driver for your requested pickup date. We presented the available option, and you chose to proceed.

The use of a local flatbed to transfer a vehicle to a larger carrier is a standard industry practice in certain areas and does not impact the safety or condition of the vehicle.

Regarding communication, we did relay your request for updates to the carrier. While we understand your frustration that you did not receive the calls you expected, drivers manage their schedules on the road, and communication can sometimes vary.

Once it became clear that we could not meet your transportation needs, we immediately issued a full refund rather than keeping your funds. Transparency and customer satisfaction are important to us, and we always strive to communicate any updates as promptly as possible.
