I am very happy to say that i jave received wonderful service from CHARLES COLLINS from this company which i really appreciate because he has been very helpful and supportive and calmly handled evrything . I got very nice courtsy car .he has been giving quick response whenever i needed his help at anyy time. Very active staff and i would say i got exceptional service from him .

Wonderful staff like CHARLES COLLINS
My experience with this company is excellent especially because of Charles Collins as he has been extremely supportive in each and every step of the process .He provided me courtesy car which was fabulous and was very polite . ALS had been such a great company from the start to end. They dealt with my claim from start to finish in such a reasonable time frame considering it was over Christmas and new year. Would recommend to anyone!

Great service
To be honest I was nervous going through with this option, and I did contact every few days for an update as wanted to know what was happening, I did have my doubts. They gave us a courtesy car straight away and they got the job done and my car returned as promised - they are still dealing with the claim but have returned my car and have said that they will sort everything else.

Reassuring, efficient, outstanding
I honestly didn’t think a company like Auto Logistic Solutions actually existed — it sounded too good to be true. I didn’t have full comprehensive insurance after my accident and assumed I’d be completely stuck, but this team were incredible from the start. Charles was always just a phone call away with regular updates and made the whole process so much quicker and less stressful than I ever expected. Sydney was so efficient taking all the details and making sure she explained the process so I understood every step. Everything was handled excellently and with no hassle. I genuinely couldn’t recommend them enough.

My car was damaged whilst parked
I spoke to Auto Logistic Solutions Ltd who took away all the hassle from myself having to claim on my own insurance and claimed everything from the other parties insurance company. From start to finish the service was second to none. Delivering me a replacement vehicle while my vehicle was in for repair, to the repairing garage picking up and dropping off my vehicle.I would just like to thank Cheryl and all the staff for their help. The only company with quick solutions to problems
From the word go as a new customer, the reception was great and update at every stage was given. Mint and comfortable courtesy card quality services in recovery or damaged cars. Great Claims Management Company
My son had a simple no-fault claim (the other student party drove into his parked car at college and accepted fault straight away). Sonos referred us to ALS and the claim was quickly put into motion. I like the fact that most information could be done by email and not bombarded by calls during work. They quickly sorted out car hire (Enterprise, were great) and assigned an vehicle inspector quickly. After agreeing payout, payment was quickly sent and hire car returned with no issues. Great company and easy to use.
