What a scam.

What a scam.. asking for a refund and they havent did my order yet. They told me to download this app name ANYDESK. It's an app that i'll let them control or give them access to my phone and o told them i dont want to this routh so they have another one told me to go on laptop and search for UPRAVIEWER.net same sh!t i keep teeling them send my miney back and told me we cant the only thing we can send nack your money os you have to go thru the app or link that they told me, ended up not giving my money back!!! Scammer like this got no place in this world!!i sended you couple hundreds hopefully you can sleep at night peacefully and i bet i not the person you've done this!! Hopefully karma hunt you down soon!!!

These guys are crooks

These guys are crooks. I ordered a differential that was for a Chevy and they sent me a Ford Diff. For weeks I could get through on the phone. And no responses by email. When I finally got someone on the phone they said, "it's been more than 30 days". Super frustrating.

Unable to return wrong engine.

The engine we ordered was a slightly different configuration than we needed. When we went to return it, they just put us on hold until we hung up (multiple times) and when they did finally answer, they said we were outside the 30-day return period. Nice game. Terrible business practices. DO NOT BUY!

Don’t buy from this place

Don’t buy from this place! I bought an engine and they told me the wrong info so it was the wrong one I ordered! Called to return and took to their sho in Philly Venice Lkq where they accepted and provided me documentation of return! Automotix calls two hours later, of course end of day and say this is not their engine! Crooks, they sent wrong engine and now claim it’s not their engine!!!! Out $1500+ Shipping and Venice LKQ has the engine!!! All the numbers match paperwork!!!

ZERO stars!

If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. I wish I would have read reviews before I made a purchase. I bought a transmission that in the description was noted as “excellent condition” so I purchased it. After I purchased and kept looking, I seen in small print that it had a broken side pan. who would want to drop thousands on a transmission that has issues? so I called to cancel (literally within 20 minutes of purchasing) and cancelling was easy but I still have NOT received my money back. I’ve called several times and the guy I’ve spoken to was so ungodly rude and kept changing his information he provided me. he provided the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had, yelling at me, talking over me and hung up on me! would never ever ever recommend anyone purchasing from this company. READ ALL THE REVIEWS!! still have not received my money back and have now opened a dispute with my financial institution.

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!
Do not buy anything from this company!
I purchased a rear axle from them. They send me the wrong one but first they had lost the rear axle during shipment and I had to wait three to weeks to get the axle. Once received it was the wrong one. I contacted them to let them know it was the wrong axle. So they said they would look into it and call me back. This is where it all went downhill! Never got callbacks never got any answers are any solutions. I would call every week at least twice during week and alI I got from them was “we will call you back”
I made at least two calls every two weeks for about a month and a half and every single time I spoke to someone all they would say was “let me do some research and I will call you back”
Then they tell me they had sent an email explaining that I had to return the part by a specific date. I never saw that email.. I never knew they had sent an email But you figure since I called every single week and spoke to customer service they would’ve told me they had emailed me. But of course that never happened.! Now they tell me I can no longer return the part because the time they gave me to return it has passed!! customer service there is horrible!!! There is a guy there named Danny or Dan or something like that and he is full of excuses he makes promises such as “I will call you back let me do some research” and of course he never calls! I never got a call or follow up like professional companies do.
Do not do any business with these people.
I am a mechanic shop and deal with lots of different businesses that sell parts, but this Automotix business is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Now I am down one thousand dollars plus the money lost from what I was going to make on this job all because I trusted this business people. Automatix you suck!

These guys are dumb or crooks

These guys are fools or flat out crooks . They defrauded me for $4200 selling me an engine with over 80,000 miles more on it than listed on add . Plus it has cracked manifold & severe damage. Criminals ? We will see .....

I will NEVER use this company again and advise anyone reading this to stay away from them. I ordered a transmission on 3/30/22 and was told it would arrive on 4/4/22. By 4pm on the 4th I still had not received the transmission so I contacted customer service. I waited 15 minutes to speak to someone and after I explained I was expecting a delivery I was placed on hold for another 18 minutes. When the woman named Nikki finally came back on the line she said the delivery was canceled because of an invalid address and before they could reschedule she would have to email me a form that I would have to fill out and return with a copy of my drivers license...something I would have to download to fill out and then scan and email back. WHY????Sounds like total BS to me...I didn’t need to do that before they charged my credit card...why now??Once they received all that, they would see when they could reschedule delivery and how long it would take. I restated several times that the address was an actual business address and asked if she could intervene and override the system and get the item shipped. I further stated that I receive freight deliveries on a regular basis at the address. She wasn’t budging from me having to fill out the additional paperwork...wasting more of my time and delaying delivery even further. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she said none were available. When I asked about a refund, she stated it would take two weeks to receive my refund. Then she further stated if there wasn’t anything else I needed she was ending call and hung up on me. I immediately contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. I wasted six days waiting for a transmission that was never shipped and no notification was made letting me know...plus the additional cost of a rental car I will need to extend. Tomorrow I will contact local salvage yards myself to find the transmission I need. Save yourself the BS and aggravation and stay away from this company!!! Why take a chance and get screwed??
UPDATE- I contacted LKQ, who Automotix purchases from. They have the same transmission with less mileage for $175 cheaper and they have no issues delivering to my business address...in addition they will deliver to me next day at no extra charge. What a difference between a good company and a lousy company!!

Terrible service

Terrible service
Ordered a starter motor and during transit it apparently got damaged
Phoned to ask for a replacement they wanted me to pay again or wait for a claim against UPS
mada a follow up call a few days later and the Order was placed again
Received an email to expect delivery 3 days later
No tracking number so phoned again to be told that the part want shipped because they failed to send a shipping message
To say I am so disgruntled with the service is an understatement and it will be now 3 weeks before the part arrives that is if I receive a tracking by
Number this time
I recommend staying well clear of Automotix

i felt comfortable with this site

easy web site to navigate. easy to understand instructions. engine delivered on time, could have made a better first impression if it had been cleaned. covered in mud and dirt. prices are good

Poor service on transmission

I ordered a 2011 equinox for $428 delivered , when it came approximately 2 weeks later , it was the wrong transmission , they had the correct code (which I gave them ) on the email , & the paperwork that was with transmission.
I called & sent pics & was told they need to review the order . They send another email the next day which said they had made an error in their inventory .
When I called the # , I had to wait over 20 minutes, which is normal , then a rep told me I had ordered wrong , that it’s my fault . After she listened to me , she looked a little deeper & agreed with me , as it had already been approved for replacement by her superiors. She wanted to make me believe it was my fault , but it didn’t work for her
Then , I was told that I need to pay an additional $433 to get the right transmission. I asked for a supervisor but was told there was no supervisor , only her . She was supposed to leave an email for someone to contact me , but after 2 days , no one has so far
I still have the one they sent that doesn’t fit , waiting to hear from someone .

Doesn’t seem right to me that after I ordered $ paid , then waited for it to get here that I should haf to pay more than double

I ordered a CD/Cassette/Radio and received prompt service and quick delivery. When buying this radio I knew I would have to have it unlocked. After I did this I found out that the CD did not wirk. It will not load a CD.I called customer service and they immediately started the refund process. Very good people to deal with.

Terribly horrible service

Terribly horrible service, I ordered my engine on 12/21/2021 and it should have been here on 12/29/21. They sent it to the wrong location and as of today I don't have my engine that was paid for including shipping, they sent it to Springfield il, I will not have my engine until they say so. According to R and L delivery. Totally upsetting 😡 😞

I ordered the part I needed and assumed it was correct given the info I had and the pic given on the web site. When the part arrived it was not what I ordered or needed. I called to get parts returned and the person acted like it was not problem until I received email that stated I would get only partial refund because I ordered the wrong part. After many calls and emails I did get full refund but had to pay shipping. Very disappointed with my experience. Will not use them again

Mirror was not complete

Mirror was not complete, missing a cover plate. What came was good. I got side swiped and the complete mirror was gone..Had to go the an you wrench lot to get a plate. Thought using a on line seller would save me time..it did not. live and learn
