The exact part I was looking for. It was a very specific bolt/washer. Shipment was quick and packaged well.
Although the S&H was a little pricey. $1.60 for the part and $12.34 for shipping. I don’t mind though, they end to make money and they’re not going to do it on a $1.60 part.

Not quite what was described.
The part appears to be the right one for my car and will likely fit. However, it was offered as "silver' to match the color on my car, and it is definitely NOT silver. Thus, I will have to take it to a body shop and have it painted before I install it on my car. Disappointed!

Good price on hard to find part
I needed the correct genuine Toyota part for my 1988 pickup. That’s what I got from AutoPartsPrime for about half the price of what the dealership quoted me. I received the part promptly and it fit perfectly. What more could I want?!

This company should be investigated
This business have been take advantage of customers in the parts industry for years and they're getting away with it. They charged me for a part for my Hyundai, sent a wrong defective part instead and refused to take it back. Someone should have a serious look at their business because what they're doing isn't right.
⭐ 1 out of 5 — Poor Experience with Late Delivery and Customer Service
Had a delivery window of 7/31–8/01. Unfortunately, part didn't arrive until 8/02, which completely defeated the purpose of my purchase — the job had to be finished by the evening of 8/01. Even if it had arrived later that night, outside of normal business hours, I could’ve used it.
Customer service was disappointing, just shotty. They must have remote agents whose environments aren’t monitored — I actually had to hang up on one agent because their kids & dog were so loud.
The return process is straightforward, but trying to reason with them is not. I believe: 1) Should be able to return a product that arrived late, regardless if it’s 1 day or 10. 2) Shouldn't have to pay a restocking fee for something that wasn’t my fault. 3) They should provide return packaging & a prepaid label when the delay is on their end.
Instead, I was brushed off by a manager with an attitude who literally said, “Bro, it wasn’t like 10 days late—it was just a day.” That’s not acceptable customer service or accountability.
Late shipments are not addressed in their return policy, leaving customers like me stuck. My finances are tight right now, & while the part price was fair, the $21 shipping! on a $224 total made this an inconvenient frustrating poopy experience.
Now I’m left with a part I can’t use, may resell, but will probably take a while.
If on-time delivery matters to you, steer clear of AutopartsPrime.
