Eric was extremely friendly and patient. He got me a fantastic deal with Apple federal credit union which I now get to be a member of. I had to clear a flag and renew my registration on my truck first and he was excellent at helping me with that and waiting on the mva with me which took a couple of weeks. He also got my first payment pushed back so I still get the first three months with no payments. I will absolutely be recommending him in the future.

Very easy to work with. Kept me up to date throughout the process. Document uploads and signing all done remotely and was a breeze.

I applied with AutoPay for an auto refinance. They told me I was approved and everything looked good. Three days later they called to say they could not approve me after all. By that point they had already done a hard credit pull, which dinged my credit score for nothing.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This whole process felt like a waste of time and a hit to my credit. Plenty of other lenders and credit unions handle auto refinancing without the bait-and-switch routine. AutoPay is not worth the frustration.

My loan specialist Joey Robinson kept me up to date on everything that was happening through the whole process of refinancing my car. He also did an amazing job answering all my questions and reviewing my paperwork with me so I could have a quick and easy time.
