Noleggio auto da anni, ma le coincidenze che succedono in Autovia sono incredibili.
Quando si lascia l’auto nel loro parcheggio fuori l’orario di ritiro, spunta SEMPRE un ammaccatura che è impossibile da contestare e che prontamente quantificano con un preventivo di riparazione redatto internamente e non da un carrozziere professionista. Ti rivolgi al servizio clienti per chiarimenti e manco ti rispondono.
Però se insinui nelle recensioni che sono poco onesti ti rispondono subito con minacce di querele.
PESSIMO AUTONOLEGGIO

Sono stati tutti molto veloci e gentili,sia all'andata che al ritorno.
Adesso attendo lo storno della caparra lasciata quando ho preso l'automezzo

Das Auto war gut motorisiert und gut ausgestattet. Damit waren wir sehr zufrieden. Leider war der Tank fast leer, obwohl auf dem Vertrag ein voller Tank vermerkt war, was wir zum Glück gemerkt und beanstandet haben sowie auf dem Vertrag vermerkt wurde. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass uns bei der Rückgabe ein höherer Tankstand vergütet würde. Davon wollten sie bei der Rückgabe dann aber nichts mehr wissen und behaupteten, dass der Tankstand bei Rückgabe derselbe sei und es nie Rückerstattungen gebe. Das war unbefriedigend. Bei einem Mietwagen erwarten wir einen vollen Tank und ein korrektes Vorgehen, wenn dies nicht der Fall ist. Schade!

My experience with Autovia was at the end of May 2026 in Brindisi airport, Puglia, Italia.
The woman at the desk charged me an extra €100 on top of my booking fee, citing the fact that I had reserved the car for 12:30 PM but—since it was only 11:40 AM—she didn't have my car ready yet. I asked her if, by waiting until my scheduled time of 12:30 PM, the car would be ready on time. She replied that the staff in the parking area were very busy and that she *hoped* to be able to hand over the car I had booked (a Volkswagen Tiguan) on time, implying there might be a delay. So, I ultimately opted to pay the extra €100 for a "more luxurious" car—as she described it—partly because managing three young daughters while waiting around would have been difficult. To my dismay, upon reaching the parking area, I discovered that Autovia no longer had any VW Tiguan; instead, they only had Chinese cars—which might be nice and fully loaded with features, but are certainly less spacious, especially in terms of interior room. All in all, I felt completely swindled by what struck me as a ploy to make me pay the price difference simply because Autovia couldn't provide the specific vehicle I had requested and paid for: a Volkswagen Tiguan. To make matters worse, when I returned the car, the staff told me they hadn't had any Tiguan in stock for months.
I'm feeling very disappointed to Autovia.

Es halt alles geklappt, die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und kompetent, ich würde jeder Zeit wieder ein auto bei autovia buchen.

On return the staff were helpful and friendly. They checked the car and fuel level. Excellent experience

Es hat von der Übergabe bis zur Rückgabe alles perfekt geklappt. Kein Aufschwatzen von Zusatzversicherungen. Wir erhielten kostenlos ein upgrade. Autovia ist punkto Preis/ Leistung wirklich ein Top Unternehmen. Ich werde bei der nächsten Reise wieder dort buchen.

On arrival we quickly found the Autovia desk in the back of the car rental building (separate, directly besides terminal) and she was very friendly with us. The documentation process was quick, no annoying upselling, and we got an upgrade from Ford Kuga to a spacious Geely (a brand we had not heard of before). The car, despite its young age, did have quite some damages already. Most of which were tracked in the handout report, a few of them we found as 'new' and we made a video of it, just in case. On the return of the car, there was a quick inspection and all was found OK. I didn't have to show the earlier video. The return employee was not the friendliest, but I attribute that to the fact that many people are suspicious for damage scams based on many negative online reviews. I'm only now waiting for the deposit to be released, which is taking a while. But I would rent again from Autovia.

Qualche problema di elettronica che vi consiglio di fare verificare.
Nel complesso più che sufficiente l'esperienza.
