We engaged Auxesis Infotech in July 2024 for the development of a native mobile application for an educational platform. We paid the full contracted amount of over €10,000 across four installments. No functional product was ever delivered.
Promised demos in December 2024, January 2025, and April-May 2025 were never delivered. After September 2025, Auxesis stopped all communication entirely. Despite formal written attempts to resolve this in January and June 2026, we received no response for nearly ten months.
When we finally received a reply in June 2026, the company acknowledged the outstanding obligation in writing but stated they were unable to process any refund.
Full payment made. Zero delivery. Complete disappearance. We are sharing this as a factual record to help other businesses make informed decisions before engaging Auxesis Infotech.

These guys have done a great job. Implementing features like guest management, wedding invites, RSVP & attendance management, guest management, and wedding mini-site was the main requirement of the project. And they have not just implemented them so well, but have also ensured UX/UI part of it for users.
