TERRIBLE SERVICE, I think all the good reviews are bots because how could they possibly leave good reviews. They say they’re based in Melbourne but their products are shipped from China. Ordered shoes for my sister’s wedding, website states delivery is 3-6 business days however items arrived after 10 business days! ITEMS DIDNT LEAVE CHINA UNTIL 6 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER! Kept messaging for an update but ended being ghosted. Wouldn’t advise to order here. You can get better heels from AliExpress even. Terrible quality heels
