Bogus company. No phone number to call with a complaint, email does not work, cannot get a response from them for charging my card and sending another order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE CROOKS!

Received 3 packages that say womens probiotic on them. They have no company name ingredients or phone numbers. I DON’T know if they are safe. They were mailed from a person not a company.

For a bag buyer beware

This company is not a reliable source. I ordered Avaroot cranberry gummies and it took over three weeks to receive my order. When I opened it up, I received the wrong gummies. I have emailed the company over three times to let them know that the order was incorrect but have not heard back from them.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD do NOT purchase- Fake contact information and forced subscription.

Would give no stars if possible. Avaroot never sent me a confirmation email never responded to my request to cancel my order and any recurring orders They are a fraud. I contacted my credit card company and requested a fraud investigation and cancel any recurring charges. Never again.

I ordered on Feb 24th and it is march 18th and I still have not received my items. I have emailed customer support numerous times with no response. Also they tried to charge me again today for $114.39

Never received product ordered on 2/17/26, customer support email says NOT FOUND. Contacted my CC company to report fraud. They are issuing refund and stopping recurring order information.

Ordered 3 bags, but only got 1. Can't communicate with them cause email isn't valid. Every time I try to go to their website, my virus protection sends a scary message that the site isn't safe. Don't order from them!!

I give this company a negative 100. I’m a man that was searching for supplements to help deter CKD, but received a packet of women’s probiotics from Avaroot. Their email address is bogus and there’s no customer service number to call and demand a refund on their 60-day money-back guarantee. I’m filing a chargeback on avaRoot with my bank and cancelled my credit card. Avaroot is a scam . I tried cancelling the subscription I did not authorize, but they hit me with another paid order at 2 am February 27.

After waiting three weeks for my order, I checked the shipping tracking information. They are being shipped from China. Their website did not say anything about that. I tried emailing their customer service and their email address is invalid. My next step is to do a chargeback with my credit card. I should have known better.

This company has no way to contact them or change orders placed. They put you on auto ship when you did not indicate you wanted that. No way to let them knew that you did not want that. You have to cancel your credit card to stop this company charging you.

I looked up the region that the cranberries were supposed to come from, Sorvino, Lombardi Italy,they only make wines there.

Do not order from Avaroot! You will be forced into a subscription. I spent $59.99 and AFTER I hit the confirm button it flashed that is was a monthly subscription. I had to cancel my credit card. Now I doubt that these cranberry gummies have any efficacy at all. It’s obvious the website was just set up and there’s no history anywhere. I’m sure this is fraudulent.
