1) I bought two mirrors after not reading the fine print. They do not fit.
2) I purchased a water-bottle holder; the bottom of the two screws won't go back in -- the threads are stripped on the bike.

Got the Level 4 ADV
Got the Level 4 ADV. The bike is surprisingly easy to ride even in manual mode. This gives me the work out that I needed but able to use the power mode if needed to climb. Easy to put together and overall very happy with the purchase.

Perfect cruiser for 80 year old
The bike was exactly as described and I enjoyed assembling it. It rides wonderfully and has plenty of power. The app is very usable.

Battery warranty replacement.
I had a warranty issue with a battery and Aventon replaced it promptly and at no cost. My interaction with customer service was very good!

Great e bike
The level 4E bike was everything I was hoping for in a commuter bike. The auto setting is great for the most part. Sometimes I have to still switch gears, but no biggie. As for the customer service, I have not had to use it much, but I can tell you the bike came within three days of ordering it, which was amazing in itself. Looking forward to many miles on this beautiful bike.

The Aventon Ramblas ADV is a Great E-bike
The Aventon Ramblas ADV is a great E-Bike. I ride with friends in the Oregon Cascades and it handle the logging road grades and miles of climbing with ease. Fun and great exercise for a 73 year old in eco and trail modes.
