Great and truthful

is there an option of no star at all? coz this agency didnt deserve that. im pretty sure the positive reviews here arent real customers and they might be one of those people working in this company or they havce paid them to give reviews. ive seen many reviews who have the same experience as mine and they will tell you in the beginning that they mainatin the followers. so i paid for 1k followers for 13usd and after awhile my account got restricted due to spam followers. and also, when you reach out to them - they re so ROBOTIC. Telling you over and over again no human interaction and they will just say "It's impossible, please reach or emailk blah blah" and tehy took time to respond so LONG. I can provide screenshots, I have proof of our conversations. THEY MANIPULATE THE SITUATION. NEVER EVER BUY OR TRUST THESE AGENCY. regretful to have purchased with them. I purchase with them last Nov 2025 and until now Feb 2026, my complaints/ concerns and refund issues hasn't been resolved yet.

ETA#1: Hello Aviano - you have my email address and phone number. I have responded in detail to your previous 2 emails. Then, you cut off communication. Why? I offered to set up a Zoom meeting where we could talk face to face. If you're an above board organisation - why not take me up on my offer? Oh, that's right - your business is all about scamming people.

This is not some victimless crime. Your bots do irreparable harm to people just looking to get their message out to more people. Your bots literally drive engagement into the ground and along with that - real people's dreams.

Do not purchase anything from these scammers! I am sick and tired of asking them to stop and yet getting so many messages.

Instead of a canned response (which really makes your company look bad), why don't you actually respond to my and others' concerns?

Stop spamming me. Advertise like a real business.

If anyone finds this review useful - please check out my other reviews of this alleged business. Basically, the number of bots they turn on to like your socials - will slowly over the next 72 hours be terminated for spamming. The impact on your engagement is appalling. Don't fall for this scam.

We are still calibrating after 2 weeks but the team is responding really good

Really not worth the hassle. I lost over 30% of my followers in the first couple of weeks. You can get many followers but they quickly deplete and then you need to chase them down to get more. They only refill the followers within the first year. It’s not really sustainable.

So they truly is a bait and switch scamming company . So they send you an offer and it seems good , they said you all the offers of how they can help you grow and how they helped so many businesses like yours . First they say they will give you free followers . ( that’s the bait ) . Then they say see how easy that was . Now you got followers you have to get likes and comments because it would look funny if you don’t. Now they email you for a review and they will give you 500 more followers . And we will hook you up with some likes as well . Next thing you know all the followers starts to disappear and they say that’s common we added you to a queue you should receive a refill soon , and they love to put up they office the hold time they online . They in the same time line .

I think this maybe a big cyber scam , I can only imagine how many people they do this to a day !!!!! . I’m going to send forward everything to my local authorities because this is a scam .

Zero stars! Scammer don't use!! Paid £200 for 10k on insta and facebook and they all disappeared in days. Disgusting communication. Lies after lies! It's been 3 months. Iv asked for a refund several times and also asked them to fulfill the job Iv paid for with more lies that it's complete or they will ask which page and then ignore for a week and go round and round in circles pretending to be different people. There's a reason comments are turned off on Thier page. They are scammers and will rip you off!!

Overall very good experience. Good and and highly response communication. Unfortunately, more than 15% of the followers felt apart within 2 days.
