I joined Aviano with the expectation of professional support, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. Since August, my account has had a severe and ongoing follower drop.

I’ve contacted their team many times and the replies are always the same: “you’re in the queue,” “we’ve escalated this every 6 hours,” or vague apologies. Yet, after over two months, nothing has been resolved and my follower count keeps dropping.

This issue has directly affected my growth and collaborations with brands. Even escalating to the founder brought no clear action or explanation.

The service has not delivered what was promised, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before trusting this company.

This company is a complete scam. I waited over 30 days for a simple refill that was never delivered. All I got were copy-and-paste responses telling me to “be patient” with no dates, no follow-through, and no accountability.

This isn’t a one-time mistake either — it happened to me twice. They string you along, never fulfill their promises, and then stop responding. Everything you read on Trustpilot about their empty excuses is true.

Do not waste your money here. They will take your payment, give you generic responses, and never deliver.

Scam company, don’t go anywhere near these people. Lost all followers within the first week. Can never speak to someone and when I asked for my money back they ignore you. Don’t waste your money people

TOTAL SCAM. KARMA will get them.
Pay for followers. Then lose them within weeks. When communicating with them via email and instagram they tell you that they will do a refill because it’s common to lose followers. Weeks later it’s a back and forth conversation in which they say the same thing. Yet nothing happens. They ghost you and don’t follow through.
Reported to BBB. their lack of communication & BS is to be reprimanded.

Lost some followers pretty quickly. Other than that it actually works well.

Terrible and a SCAM!
They promise you an amount of followers that disappear the next day. When asked about it they keep saying they’ll refill and it NEVER happens!!
They said there’s a 5-10% drop off (which was never mentioned at time of purchase) but I lost HALF of my followers.
Total scam!! And of course when asked for a refund they ignored my messages!!

DO NOT WORK WITH AVIANO AGENCY. This is a completely corrupt fraudulent scam. They take your money to help you grow your instagram and then unfollow your page daily. It leaves you unable to grow your business.

They have since replied saying I haven't worked with them. If anyone would like to contact me directly I'm more than happy to show proof of our conversations, the rude way in which I've been treated and examples of how they have taken my money and provided NOTHING of what was promised. Producing followers and then unfollowing daily. I would URGE anyone reviewing this business to read the one star reviews as they are all the same story of being scammed by this agency. Any other review is fake - as is their fake instagram pages and BOTS. Scams. Frauds and the exact type of people the world could do without.

Shocking customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I’ve spent many hours chasing them to deliver a product that I’d paid for, but they never delivered. They use Bots to answer who just provide excuse after excuse. I’ve lost a lot of money that I’ll be seeking back through my solicitor. Avoid them like the plague.
