I am beyond disappointed with this purchase. The “realistic puppy” looked absolutely amazing online, but what I received was a very bad imitation that looks nothing like what was advertised. It’s obvious the images and descriptions were created using AI to mislead customers. The product itself is cheap, poorly made, and not realistic in any way. This feels like a complete bait-and-switch. Customer service is useless, and getting your money back is nearly impossible. I will never order from this company again and strongly advise others not to fall for it.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Avichic. The items I received appear to be counterfeit and are so poorly made they practically break just by looking at them. The only thing that was even remotely correct was the color. Everything else was cheap, flimsy, and nowhere near the quality advertised. Customer service is a complete joke, unresponsive, unhelpful, and clearly uninterested once they have your money. And good luck trying to get a refund. I will absolutely not be ordering from them again and would strongly warn others to stay away.

I received the wrong items, and the fabric/material is NOTHING like what was advertised. What showed up looks cheap, counterfeit, and clearly not the product being sold on their website.
Customer service is a complete joke. “Emma” is obviously an automated AI bot, endlessly repeating canned responses and refusing to actually help. Once they have your money, they do not care. Complaints are ignored, deflected, or answered with meaningless copy-paste replies.
Refunds do not exist. You can complain endlessly and get absolutely nothing back. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this company operates on deception—misleading product photos, false descriptions, and fake positive reviews to lure customers in.
This is not a mistake or poor service—this is a deliberate business practice. Save your money, avoid the frustration, and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
