Lucy's after-sales service was really helpful as we struggled through the nightmare of Brexit form filling, bureaucracy and language barriers, to secure delivery of our lights abroad. The lights are marvellous! We would highly recommend Lucy at Avivo.

I originally got in touch with Lucy about the Mosaic ceiling light and arranged to view it in their Oxford showroom. Lucy was knowledgable about all their products and very friendly.
I loved the Mosaic ceiling light. I enquired about a floor lamp to match, however at the time they didn’t produce a floor lamp. Lucy soon got in touch with the design team and a suitable design was created. They made sure it was compliant with the regulations and that it met health and safety standards.
After a couple of months I am now in possession of my bespoke floor lamps to match my ceiling lights and I am very pleased with them.
Safe to say, Avivo Lighting have gone above and beyond to meet my requirements. This is very hard to find nowadays.
