Jacqueline was wonderful to work with! She advised how to submit a claim for my defective ENEO TOTALE device and even called me after I submitted the required information to keep me posted on the status. She was very friendly and I would look forward to speaking to her again if I have any needs in the future. Thank you Jacqueline for all of your help!

My concerns were met with clear instructions for evaluating the issue and then prompt response for a replacement device. The reps were polite and helpful.

You do see an immediate effect after using it (skin looks tighter and more refreshed) but the bigger change is after a few weeks.

Unfortunately after over 2 1/2 years of using my device, Eneo Totale was no longer working. The team at Avologi Scientific were fantastic to honor my warranty and guide me through the process of having a new one sent to me without the hassle of needing to send the old one back to them.

Have now received my new replacement device, and am very grateful. Thank you!!

Rude customer service

After a few weeks of consistent use, my skin looks firmer and more even. Subtle at first, but noticeable over time.

I find the products work well. Skin in softer and lines are less visible. I have just purchased the laser and will see what that does for me. The staff and owner at Coquitlam are always great. There is no pressure to purchase items or product. I am very pleased with this company. I have been going to the spa for facials for 7 months.

Mein sehr hochpreisiges Gerät (Eneo Advanced) hatte leider einen Defekt. Da dieses Gerät bei sachgemäßer Verwendung eine lebenslange Garantie hat, reklamierte ich es.
Zunächst musste ich ein paar Tage auf eine Antwort warten, doch danach ging alles unglaublich schnell und reibungslos.

Nachdem ich ein Video als Nachweis eingesendet hatte, wurde mir ein Ersatzgerät angeboten. Dafür fielen Gebühren für Bearbeitung und Versand in Höhe von 165$ an. Die Lieferung erfolgte überraschend schnell.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die hervorragende Unterstützung durch die Kundenservice-Mitarbeiterin Jackelyn. Sie war stets äußerst bemüht, freundlich und engagiert, hat bei allen Fragen geholfen und sich wirklich dafür eingesetzt, dass ich als Kunde zufrieden bin. Solch ein Einsatz ist alles andere als selbstverständlich, eine Mitarbeiterin wie sie ist für jedes Unternehmen ein großer Gewinn.
Man merkt sofort, dass ihr die Kunden wirklich am Herzen liegen, einfach ein Engel!
Ein großes Lob an Avologi für so einen herausragenden Service und eine so wertvolle Mitarbeiterin. Bei Reklamationen kann ich das Unternehmen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Avologi is being sold by predatory “skincare” companies to tourists in Mexico. Specifically, there is a shop in Cancun airport Terminal 3 currently called Eden, but the name constantly changes. People, usually vulnerable older women, are being charged tens of thousands of dollars for these products. I believe Avologi is complicit if not in on the scam. You can read more about it online.

Ils nous ont vendu Eneo totale en disant qu’il avait du laser dedans alors que ce n’est pas vraie. C’est seulement de la lumière rouge sans rien de plus! à un prix exorbitant! Les produits qu’ils utilisent sont de l’arnaque, ils promettent que ça réduit progressivement les rides mais ce n’est pas le cas c’est seulement momentané. En plus ils nous ont pas fait de facture ni de garantie. Nous étions à Aubonne en suisse et ils ont un magasin en Genève. Faites attention!!!

The Lady that helped me, was above and beyond helpful.
Me and my spouse are not computer guru's so having somebody to help us thru the process of getting a replacement device was the best.
