I have been with AVP for about 7 years now going on 8 and it was the best decision I could have made for my small business. Over the years if anything happened to my terminal customer service would be able to help immediately without a long hold time. I was being charged monthly for merchant fees and AVP helped me come up with a solution to fix it promptly. Tiffany helped me figure out how to get the percentages down each month so I wasn’t getting charged so much. Their team came in and switched me out to a new and improved terminal and system and I haven’t had any issues since the install and it’s been about a year now. I would definitely recommend for people to check out AVP because they really care about each of their customers and make it a point to have a personal relation with them to check in regularly.
