Guys i swear they are scam, i think the good reviews they made it, i ordered jacket i got no receipt nothing! And i take 2 months beginning them to give me any information about tracking my order sometimes they answer and sometimes not and every time different answer, they keep saying that they already shipped my order and giving me fake tracking number and finally after over 2 months i got my order
After I lost hope But guess what NOT THE SAME JACKET NOT EVEN SAME BRAND that i saw on their website and now im begging them to return it and get my money back they saying i have to pay for return which is between $70 t $80!!! Please if anyone knows any way to stop those people scamming us let us know please

Yesterday I paid for a shirt and my credit card has been charged, but I have received no details on the purchase, including no receipt.

Seems like a scam to me, waiting 24 hours before forwarding a fraud complaint to my credit card company.

I have texted Sophia and Hannah with your company. You sent me a M size Jason Denim Fleece Jacket when I ordered a XXL. We have been going back and forth a lot. Order #24467. Can you please fix this? It has been a while now, about a month. Thank you. Bob

The clothes are extremely cheap & poorly made. I had 1 item missing from order and have yet to be refunded. Do not purchase from this company or you will regret it with wasting your time and money. ~O. Damón

Some of my favorite clothing is southwestern wear American Indian cowboy style. I found this sweater, although made for a man I still bought it for myself and I love it. I’m hoping you guys will make more sweaters geared towards women. Thank you.

I want to provide an update on my review of Axvnue. Over the past two months, I have posted critical reviews regarding their customer service. However, I commend Emma from Axvnue for her outstanding resolution of my issue today. Not only did they grant me a full refund, but they also allowed me to keep the jacket. Axvnue even provided a thoughtful suggestion to gift the jacket to someone, which I plan to do.

Thank TrustPilot for providing a platform where individuals like myself can voice their concerns and experiences. I also want to thank Axvnue for their proactive approach in listening to and addressing my concerns regarding their brand and product. My recent customer service experience with Axvnue has been excellent. They hear and take swift action to ensure customers have a great experience

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I made the stupid mistake of buying from this company without reading customer reviews. Simply put, I received a sweater which was too small. No problem. When trying to exchange it for a different size their Customer Service (which was weirdly passive aggressive) would not give me information on how to exchange but instead continually tried to upsell me on other products. It took multiple, pleading emails for them to finally relent and provide me information on how to exchange but it will cost 80$ plus an 18$ fee for Customs Fee for their warehouse to process in China. Seriously, I would say worst Customer Service ever but that would imply I was treated as a customer as opposed to a mark who did not research their reputation first. Be smart, shop somewhere else. Their "service" is garbage.

Bait and Switch
Ordered a hooded, fleece lined denim jacket. I received what was basically a denim hoody, cheap looking and no lining of any kind.

Excellent experience all around. Spot on tracking of products with exceptional delivery speed and care. Thanks as always.

I ordered one of their denim shirts in a size medium. It took a few weeks for it to come in, but the fit was fine…it looks great, and the materials that it’s made of seem to be of good quality.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Received my order and it was as advertised for the fit and the look.
Just always make sure you measure yourself and look at their size chart to make sure you get the correct fit.

Don’t have this shirt! The tracking info says it’s been sitting in Iowa since 9/14. I have emailed numerous times from 2 different emails every time it comes back undeliverable! Do not buy from this company!

Garment arrived with size ripped out.
I had ordered a men's medium and this shirt is small or extra small.
I am unable to wear it after wetting and stretching to no avail.

The shorts are great.
Love the plaid style.
And the shorts fit perfectly
and very comfortable..

Low quality Chinese garbage. Fit is terrible and don't even think of trying to return/exchange. You have to pay to ship it back to China, they will then let you know if you qualify for a return. Not worth the time or effort.

My order came quickly and exactly as advertised. The blazer I bought was beautifully made and super comfortable. I’ll definitely be ordering more from this company. The website has great clothes. I can’t wait.
