Easy to use, quick to search and the alert function is perfect!

this tool saves many hours of award searching. the interface is graphically well designed, easy to use and intuitive.
Few more functions however could be helpful - like a more automated process for complex itinerary search.
The subscription is not cheap either - I have the top tier but overall I am happy and continue with the subscription

Wow! I never thought it would be that easy to find my dream flights using AwardFares. I had been trying for months on SAS’s ordinary website, but with AwardFares notifications, I could book it as soon as the right flights became available.
