Awaz AI is a practical no-code platform for creating and testing AI voice agents. The interface is easy to understand, and the platform provides useful tools for setting up an agent’s instructions, adding information to its knowledge base, and customizing its conversations. While some features may require a little practice at first, the overall process is straightforward and accessible, even for beginners.
I also found the agents responsive and useful for handling common customer questions in a natural and professional way. The ability to test the agent and improve its responses makes the platform especially helpful. Overall, Awaz AI is a good option for anyone interested in exploring AI voice agents without needing advanced programming skills.

I was charged USD 997.00 on Oct 11, 2026 for an automatic annual renewal that I was never warned about. I received no renewal reminder by email, SMS or WhatsApp. During the year, the only emails I received were marketing newsletters, none mentioning the renewal, the amount or how to cancel.

I had not used the service since January 2026 and had no working access. According to the Terms, cancellation is only possible through support and payments are "non-refundable".

I emailed their support addresses on Oct 15, 2026 asking for cancellation and a full refund. I received no reply and no refund. I have filed complaints with the BBB, the FTC and the California Attorney General. Be careful with the annual plan: set a reminder before the renewal date, because the company does not send one.

My experience with Awaz.ai has been a great learning opportunity. During my internship, I got to create my own AI agent for a fictional luxury hotel called Maison Vale, which was honestly quite interesting because I got to see how AI can be used in real-life situations. I also worked on creating a reel and learned how small changes based on feedback can make a difference in the final result.

What I liked most was getting to try things out myself instead of just learning about them theoretically. It gave me a better understanding of AI, content creation, and how technology and creativity can work together. Overall, it has been a good experience, and I’m glad I got the chance to learn something new and gain practical experience through this internship.

The platform is beginner-friendly, and the setup process was simple even as I was learning how everything worked. What I enjoyed most was the prompting journey, where I could experiment, make changes, and gradually shape the AI to respond in a more natural, supportive, and helpful way. Seeing my idea come to life and imagining how it could help people build confidence and improve communication was really fulfilling.
I also appreciate how smoothly the platform works and the creative freedom it offers. One recommendation would be to include more beginner-friendly prompt examples, suggestions for improving responses, and a few more testing options to help users refine their agents even further. Overall, Awaz.ai makes exploring AI practical, engaging, and accessible, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to experiment with AI and bring their ideas to life!

I had a really tough time with Awaz AI. They were dishonest about the features they offered, and I felt like they falsely represented what their product could do. I paid a thousand dollars for a year, thinking I was getting all these great features, but half of them didn't work once I got into the software. I noticed others were having the same issues, like with white labeling. It seemed like they were using our money to get their software developed, which wasn't how they sold it to us. I tried to cancel almost immediately after realizing this and was essentially told tough luck, they had my money and I wouldn't be getting it back. I was done with them without a refund and now a year later and they even tried to charge my card again without prior notice or permission. Luckily my bank caught it as the company has been flagged and I was able to stop the transaction. Don't let them scam you like they did to me.

Awaz offers no real support or resolution on tickets, they take your money and RUN. their integrations are broken and their platform does not perform what they claim it does, such as Texting. I lost clients do to them... and found a better platform to replace them

When trying to make a purchase the Awas system failed, I checked my bank, they have no issues. Awaz customer supporrt is non existant, other than a bot that goes around in circles, promises of resoulution never materialised. promises of human contact never materialised. The system looks good but now we have reservations. There are alternatives we are looking at
