Para cobrarte y prometerte genial oye son maravillosos pero el internet falla no arreglan nada y si quieres darte de baja te obligan a pagar.

Slow service and response time. Services are average at best, continuously facing same issues over and over and when adressed slow response time having to face the problem for several days if not weeks before recieving a fix. All that aside, they seem to not be able to explain the cause of the problems either.

I owe Axarfusion a huge apology and a thank you to Miguel and the technical Department for resolving our poor ´speed test' figures.
Our on going poor reception was of a result of our own 'mesh nett' system which has now promptly been resolved. THAK YOU !!!

I wonder if I will get a positive result of my very poor internet speed since installation. Been complaining for over two weeks and no answers yet.

The internet service is ok, for the most part, but the mobile service was poor and spotty. When I complained about the service, they used the same answer every time = turn off your phone and turn it on again. No data service outside at all. They stonewalled me. Finally after weeks they realized I was correct and fixed their problem. The staff is largely English so they come off as entitled. I have little trust for the management as they are not interested in addressing issues in person, nor hearing about service problems nor being properly transparent with the customer. If I were not limited in my choices, I would most certainly change providers. I would not recommend this company.

The engineer arrived at the stated time and completed the installation with no hassle.
Service so far has been great, good connection and download speeds.
Axarfusion is a bit more expensive but for me it's worth the extra money.
