I ALSO ordered Christmas stocking/Garland hangers for a fireplace mantle that requires a tall and deep hanger -- 7"tall x3"deep. Delivered in 10 days but they look nothing like the webpage image and max out at 3-3/4" tall. What a let-down. And now the reviews indicate that I'm going to get the run-around. Grrrr.

I ordered Christmas stocking hangers…

I ordered Christmas stocking hangers for a fireplace mantle that required a deep hanger -- 6 inches deep. I ordered three sets of 4, believing I could return them is need be. No, they said I could not send them back due to hygiene issues...? for iron hangers? They offered me 10%. I said no. Told them I would post on every social media account I could find to let others know not to order from this company.

It has been over a month since I ordered, after many back and forth messages, and as stated by another reviewer, they start with 10%, increasing each time by another 10%, allowing me to keep the product, then the shipping argument yada, yada I finally settled with a 75% return figuring if I would send them back, it would cost me at least $20. I think if you're willing to keep at it, you can get your money back. It will take a good month of back and forth. Bottom line, don't order from this company. Poor quality, poor service.

Axia Tools Does Not Provide The "Hassle-Free Returns" They Promise

I ordered a set of decorative Christmas trees from Axia Tools on November 28, 2025 and received my order on December 12, 2025. The item is made from very cheap plastic and does not look as depicted by their website photo, so I contacted them by email to make a return. They asked me to send a photo of the product and the shipping label and a description of the problem. I complied. I then received an email offering a 10% discount. I refused that offer. I then received an email offering a 20% discount. I refused that offer. I then received an email letting me know I could return the product, but it would cost $20 or more to do so because of customs and handling. They also offered a 30% discount in that email. I replied that I would return the item. I then received an email offering a 35% discount and also the address (in China) that I could use to return the item. I then received an email stating I should disregard the previous email, because the address they provided was no longer valid, and they don't accept returns for opened items. They then offered a 40% discount, which I refused by return email. This morning I received another offer of a 45% refund, which I refused. I am not satisfied with this item, and I want to return it for a 100% refund. I'm willing to pay REASONABLE return shipping fees. Their website axiatools.com states that they offer "30-day hassle-free returns" and that "satisfaction is guaranteed," but that is obviously not the case.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. They deliberately sent the wrong item and aren’t offering to send the right one. They keep offering discounts to try to convince me to keep the thing I don’t want or need. If I try to send it back for a refund, they are going to charge a lot for S&H.

This company wants returns sent to China!

I received the package and was awestruck at how small and cheap it looked. I did not take anything out of the box and immediately asked to send it back for a refund. Axiatool keeps sending me emails offering a discount, but I don't want the product and am afraid of taking it out of the box to try to use it because then there would be no chance for a return refund!
They instructed me to return the item to China at my expense, which they estimated to be at least $20. Also state that if there is any damage that occurred during shipping, they would deduct from any refund that I could receive.

Takes a long time to turn off

It's charing ok.its just when I finished vacuum .when I take it out of the water (pool) it's keeps running for a long time..is that normal. Thanks Terry

Issues with Axiatool.com

I ordered an outdoor solar mosquito lamp and paid with credit card, 158 USD.
I did not get a confirmation mail.
The website axia tool dot com is not working.

I got a response from Axiatool, saying that they sent a confirmation.. I should check my spam.. I did, but nothing to see. The website is still not accessible for me.. No idea what's wrong.. All the links of the mails I received from support, none were working.. I have no issues with other websites... I will wait for the goods to arrive.. I don't think I will ever order here again..

Not Happy With My Order
