Sonia Tariq - Couldn't have done it without her!
We used Axis Solicitors when it came to applying for my husbands Spouse Visa. Sonia Tariq provided us with nothing short of outstanding care, knowledge and assistance throughout the entire process. She made us feel so safe and looked after, promptly responded to any queries we had and did everything with speed and efficiency. Our visa was granted in 13 working days and I had no doubt we would be successful as Sonia had ensured we had prepared everything to the finest detail.
We can finally be together as a family and that's the greatest gift we could ever ask for.

I was disappointed with the service I…
I was disappointed with the service I received. I felt that I was not properly guided throughout the process and several of my questions were left unanswered. During one in-person meeting, the solicitor called someone else to ask for advice rather than explaining matters clearly to me directly, which made me feel uncertain about the handling of my case.
When I raised these concerns, I was told that if I wanted further clarification, I would need to pay additional fees to speak to another colleague. This left me feeling that my concerns were not being prioritised.
Sameera akhter was the person dealing to me and asked money twice despite being paid the consultation fee.
Unfortunately, due to this lack of clarity and support, I decided to discontinue working with the firm. I hope they improve their communication and client care in the future

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We understand that clients may have further questions after a consultation, and we are always happy to help sometimes even more than is probably reasonable.
In fact, after the consultation was concluded, you continued calling and asking the same questions repeatedly.
While we love enthusiasm, there does come a point where even the most patient solicitor has to say: we’ve already answered this… several times.
Regarding your concerns about guidance: occasionally, solicitors may need to call a colleague for advice to ensure they are giving accurate information. We understand this may have felt uncertain, but rest assured it was done in the interest of getting it right, not to confuse you further.
On the topic of additional fees: once the consultation concludes, any ongoing detailed advice naturally requires further engagement.
Despite this, we addressed every question you raised, often more than once.
Asking us to endlessly the same scenario without becoming a client isn’t something we can sustainably provide.
We understand that the advice you received might not have been what you were hoping for, but it is the truth.
Best Axis Solicitors in Manchester
Axis Solicitors once again did a great job in helping me and my partner get our spouse Visa extension approved. They did our original spouse visa and now our extension. I must give a special thanks to Sonia who was very patient and accommodating, she answer all our queries and was prompt in replying to phone calls and emails. Once again a big thanks to Axis Solicitors and keep giving a great service.

Worth Every Penny!
Khalid Patel and his team provided me with outstanding service and expert guidance.
They were very prompt in responding to emails, friendly and courteous, and made the entire process clear and easy to understand. With their help, I made sure I had all of the proper documentation and filled out the forms correctly so that when I submitted my application, everything went through the first time. They always let me know the status of my case and talked me through each step through approval of my application.

Leave to remain was a success
When I worked into this firm , they were nothing but very welcoming. They didn’t give me high hopes but they knew what they were doing. @Sonia Tariq handled my Immigration case and she was very good, she did her job well. I received my Leave to main under this firm. We used them for my husband immigration case and was a success too. So would highly recommended them anytime.

Why I went with them
I initially went with another firm but had ghosted me for 3 months without communicating and ignoring my emails. I went with axis solicitor hoping things would be different and IT WAS! the process for my fiance visa took less than 3 weeks! She has now been granted visa.
