Sent me a damaged item
Sent me a damaged item. They asked if the packaging was damaged too, I informed them it was not. They then tried to claim I'd be responsible for return postage (their policies do not trump UK Consumer Rights laws). Then went mysteriously silent when I pointed this out. (My reply was on Weds and it's now Sun.)
Wish I didn't have to leave this feedback, but don't have much choice at this point.

Great experience
Ships out really quickly, the packaging used fits through my letterbox which is a really great bonus to me as I don't have to wait at home. I really like that steps are being taken to combat bots, and that there are order limits to stop people buying out all the stock. Great communication.

Absolute joke of a company. Cancelled all my orders because a discount code they implemented didn’t work twice. Now I’ve got to wait for a lot of money to get refunded. Nice one!

Although we issued the refund on the day of the order on our side it can take up to 7 working days for the funds to return to customers accounts. This is outside of our control and the same for most retailers.
However, the voucher codes were with in our gift - and we made a mistake here, and we have put steps in place to avoid reoccurrence.
For background info for those interested:
We issued a voucher code for Starwars day - £50 off when you spend over £100. This was exclusive to our mailing list. The voucher did not behave as expected and Mason noticed that the code removed £50 per item in the basket even if the item was less than £100. So the code allowed £150 off a basket of 3 items that only came to £160. So it charged just £10. Mason realising this placed a large number of orders.
We contacted Mason immediately to explain and that the orders would be cancelled but he was free to re-order and re-use the codes once corrected. Multiple uses was fine as long as it was once per order and on orders of over £100 before the discount.
In our haste to correct the initial error when the code was updated, despite the offer being for purchases over £100 the code allowed itself to be applied to smaller baskets. i.e. £50 off a £60 item. unfortunately this then meant more orders were subsequently cancelled.
You won't find better.

Great family run company, always fair and honest when it comes to new Pokemon releases. They're making sure product gets into the hands of the collectors and not resellers, which I fully support. Was lucky enough to get an email to buy an ASC ETB and whilst I didn't pull anything super rare, was still a fun experience and I enjoyed seeing the new cards :) Thank you AXIS!! X
