Me gasté114€ en tintes, Seguí las instrucciones al pie de la letra de cómo se tenían que utilizar y me quedó con aguas y con gotas negras, la solución que me dieron es que volviera a teñirlos (más tinte!!) en un programa sin prelavado, lo hice y sin mejora. He estropeado 2 manteles antiguos preciosisimos y el servicio post venta, que ha estado al corriente de todo, se ha desentendido completamente,lo más grave es que no sólo no me han dado ninguna solución, sino que para colmo han decidido devolverme 58€ y me han escrito un mail diciendo textualmente : "no hay nada más que decir o hacer. No responderé a más de tus correos electrónicos.Tanya"
Sólo quiero una solución para lo que ha pasado, SEGUÍ LAS INSTRUCCIONES al pie de la letra y salió MUY MAL

Desafortunadamente, ocasionalmente se producen retrasos o los envíos se pierden durante el transporte. Nuestras disculpas por esto. Por supuesto, le reembolsaremos el precio de compra. Por favor contáctenos enviando un correo electrónico indicando el número de pedido y el nombre a info@aybel.shop. Luego le reembolsaremos el importe de la compra a su cuenta.

Hola, hice un pedido el dia 5 de junio y a día de hoy 29 de julio todavía no lo he recibido, lo reclamé hace 12 días y me indicaron que me lo volverían a envíar pero no recibo nada, me da que pensar en estafa.

Lamentablemente no hemos recibido su correo electrónico. Serías tan amable de enviarlo nuevamente a contacto@aybel.es o info@aybel.shop. Si incluye el número de pedido y su nombre, le reembolsaremos el importe de la compra en su cuenta.
Fatal. Dinero tirado.
Compré dos tintes y dos fijadores. Más de 20 euros que me gasté para teñir dos pantalones para que al final queden los dos tal cual estaban. Uno es un pantalón de 100 % lana y otro de 100 % algodon. Los teñí con la temperatura máxima de la ducha. Unos 55 °. Los de lana un poco menos. Ambos habían perdido color por algunas partes, por eso quería intentar cambiar el color. Horrible experiencia.

Order not received and looking at the other reviews this is not uncommon. No one has responded to my email. I would like my money back. What a shame.

The tracking of your order indicates that your order has not been processed by PostNL. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. We have issued a full refund for your order.

The dark grey dye did a so-so job on linen pants
The purple dye was much better but it left some stains on clothing. Overal it was ok

Just moving to the NL from the US
Just moving to the NL from the US, I was having a hard time finding textile dye and came across Aybel. The product arrive super quick which was greatly appreciated as I was up against deadline. I do wish you provided offerings in various sizes. Product was used to ice dye and vat dye and the outcome met expectations. Thank you!

Nothing bad to say
Quick delivery and great quality product. Can't speak to the longevity of the color. But the results of dying (is that how you spell it?) were great!
Also appreciated how many different hues there was to choose from.
Will definitely order from yours again!

The color was brown-green and very different from yellow or gold that I expected.
