Dreadful customer service

I ordered a pair of jeans. They were too big, I tried to return them and AYR said that they were on final sale - that's impossible. Who would buy a pair of jeans from a supplier they have never used without the option of returning them??? Jeans in particular need a good fit. There is no phone number to call, only a call back number, there is an email address and it took 3 attempts and 3 days to get a response. They were inflexible and aggressive. I simply wanted to return the Jeans. I called my credit card to suspend the charge pending investigation and they became more aggressive. I would strongly urge anybody buying from this supplier to be sure that goods can be returned. As for me, never again.

Watch for materials and pricing

Got a couple pair of jeans and a trousers from this company. My instagram was bombarded by their ads. Do their items really worth the price tag? Probably not. This brand relies heavily on marketing but if you really look at material and construction, you can probably find something similar and cheaper; Levi's or Everlane. I do love the fit of these jeans tho, so that's the only reason I'm justifying the purchase.

My only advice, look at the material for each wash of denim cause they're all not the same. I definitely wouldn't pay over $250 for a pair of jeans that only has 59% cotton, just sayin'. Also pretty sure, they didn't publish my reviews on their website because I mentioned this.

Customer Service will not respond

I made a large purchase and found one pair of pants were missing from the package. You can only reach customer service via email and voicemail. For over 2 weeks I’ve left multiple voicemails and sent 4 emails about the missing item with no response. During the same time period I sent a 5th email inquiring about a shipment date on another order a which received an immediate response. They continue to ignore my emails about the missing item. I love their products but if they are in the business of cheating their customers I will have to go elsewhere. Buyer beware.

Horrible and unreliable company

Horrible and unreliable company. I ordered a pair of jeans back in November. A week later I got an email saying that due to a mistake an inventory they were out of stock and had to cancel because there were no plans to restock. In December, I saw the same exact jeans were back in stock. I stupidly ordered them again because I have another pair I love I really wanted them. After following up with them multiple times, with them telling me that it wasn't in their system yet despite days and then a full week passing... I was got an email saying that ONCE AGAIN their inventory was wrong and they had to cancel my order. On top of this I had ordered another a deeper end shirt in the same size I always get (they managed to correctly have this in stock and ship it to me) and the fit and quality was horrible. I have several of the deeper end and deep end and love them but clearly quality has gone done. Will never order from this company again and recommend that others avoid.

Absolutely horrible service

Absolutely horrible service. During Black Friday week the website offered 20% off. I bought their pants in the past and I always very carefully read their return policy. With a big sale there put in red that a product is not eligible for return. With this 20% off for the entire website there were not such a information. I bought the pants, which unfortunately were HORRIBLE! Quality is going down. I am trying to return withing their 30 days and what I see not returnable! This is illegal as the policy should be posted in advance not post factum. Of course no one to answer my emails.

Go elsewhere!!

I put an order in Wednesday. I wanted to lock in the product they were closed Thursday. I wanted to pick it up today. I called. Yes, they still have it but unlike every other dispensary, they’re not going to allow me to purchase it at the price that it was when I bought it they’re gonna jack up the price now what is the point of ordering and locking something in just for you to jack it up when I go to pick it up it’s bad enough your flower screws up my lungs, and I can’t use it but now you wanna screw with the prices in the whole point of ordering online and locking in the deals…it’s a shame and whoever Paul is, he needs to change his attitude and the way he talks to customers just because I’m on the phone doesn’t mean you can get lippy and get attitude an be rude when I ask you a question you don’t know the answer to instead of saying I don’t know you gotta get defensive and get rude. You’re lucky I wasn’t there in store. I used to recommend you now. I won’t even tell people to use you I’ll tell them to go elsewhere right down the street to muv. What was funny is the fact that Paul not only did he get rude and get attitude. He said that the prices were cheaper today. He obviously don’t know the value of a dollar because 19 is more than 16 if you can’t do basic math, and if you can’t bite your tongue instead of running off at the mouth, you shouldn’t be in this business you should be flipping burgers.

This is about their customer service

This is about their customer service. I had lost a return package with about $1200 worth of clothes - UPS never scanned it. I panicked and called customer service - she totally reassured me. Even if the package was lost, they would file a claim etcetc. Anyway, package was found and she pushed through a rapid refund. Very trustworthy and totally put me at ease

High quality and great customer service

I've ordered numerous items from AYR's men's collection. Almost all are high quality and fit well. I received one pair of shorts ordered on final sale without the drawstring. They promptly sent me another pair for free and also sent me links to instructional videos on how to thread a drawstring. I've had other similar experiences with their customer service.

Terrible first impression

I've had a terrible first experience with AYR clothing company. I finally decided to give them a try after seeing many adds on social media. I ordered 3 items. I reached out 2 weeks later because I had not heard anything about my order shipping. The customer service representative emailed me back to let me know that they actually didn't have 2 of the 3 items that I ordered so they were cancelling that part of my order. She didn't mention when the 1 item would actually ship. I think this is an indicator that their inventory is not well managed and they are disorganized. Will not be ordering from them again as you need to have your act together to charge the prices they charge. I have heard similar bad experiences with their cutomer service.

Good designs but awful customer service

There are some good clothing designs, and the fabric is of good quality, but these folks are bullies and liars, and the customer service is wretched. When I complained about a problem and didn't get any help I said I would file a complaint with my credit card company at which point they threatened me by telling me that it would take 6 to 8 weeks to fix things if I filed something with my card company. AMEX had this fixed within 24 hours. Then they lied about receiving a return I sent in. Again, fortunately, I had my tracking information from UPS so I could use that with AMEX. If it wasn't for AMEX and UPS I would have been out of luck with these folks. The last thing I would say is that their tracking links don't work (they send them but there is no updated data). Everlane has great designs and solid customer service.

They are sending em multiple…

They are sending em multiple unsolicited mails and magazines even after continuous request to be removed from their mailing list. It’s going on for two years! Additionally they shared my data with other shady clothing companies who also send me unsolicited mail. Avoid at all cost!
