Fantastic Service. Ian went above and beyond to help repair my mum’s boiler at very short notice. The issue started at a weekend and nothing seemed to be a bother. I recently had my boiler replaced and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Ian arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and completed the work to a very high standard.

The installation was neat and tidy, and Ian made sure everything was fully tested before leaving, he also took the time to walk me through how the new system works and answered all of my questions.

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and professional boiler replacement.

I called Ian at 18:30 with no heating or hot water from my oil fired boiler. Ian arrived within the hour. There was the 2 parts that looked the most likely culprits. The next day Ian picked one of the parts up from supplier returning from another job popped in to fit however the 2nd part was faulty. Part order and fitted the next day. Ian explained what was wrong and what was required. He's coming back to fix another problem we spotted before it gets any worse. I would 💯 recommend Ian to others and can't thank him highly enough. Ian is always on time when it's time for our annual service and very professional with oodles of knowledge about our installation as he did it. He is first class and happy to pass on hints and tips to ensure we get the best from our ASH pump. Highly recommend.

I called Ayr Source One out after a previous company came out and said my heating system needed a new circulatory pump. I wasn’t too happy with the knowledge of their engineer, and someone from a nearby village recommended Ayr Source One. What a difference! Ian was fantastic, and solved my problem in 10 minutes, and it wasn’t the circulatory pump! I wouldn’t use anyone else now, and have also recommended him locally to others needing heat pump systems annual service or repairs.

Absolutely brilliant guy Ian listened to what I wanted and he went above and beyond what I expected. He fitted the 2 radiators that I wanted and removed and hid pipes.

I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling, I called Ian at 5.30pm in a panic. He talked me through switching everything off and draining the system to stop the leak. He was at my door at 8.00am the next day to fix my problem. It was all fixed quickly!
