Good at refunding most of your money. the CSE, is like dealing with an Indian bank. Could have and should used more common sense.Even after providing an Indian # they were still asking for an Indian #
Kind of sad, as I go to remote India every year, and need medicine for myself and in some cases to help others. I have asked the to donate 55 rupees to any charity . I would say the world is ready for India but India is not ready for the world. I wish they would un complicated things I wish them success.
Again I wish they would own up to there error and learn from error.

Feedback
Much delay in delivery and that too after continuous follow-up. Lethargic attitude and response by staffs makes frustration sometimes.

Bad experience with my first order
Bad experience with my first order. I ordered 2 quantity of Mahapanchgavya Ghrita and 3 quantity of netramitram. One Mahapanchagavya ghrita was expired and other was spoiled. But they provided refund for expired one and assured that they will resend one quantity for spoiled.

Company has no control over delivery…
Company has no control over delivery agent.Delivery person puts wrong updates like"item rejected by customer" "address not found etc" and returns the package,if he dont want to deliver.Ayurkat remains a mute spectator
