I ordered a pair of calf compression sleeves loved the quality of them and a good fit too. But what made it all that better is there customer service, top notch when l ordered the wrong size and they where happy to rectify my mistake, another happy customer 👍

It worked very well in getting rid of my oedema in feet and calves, without the need of medication. I will continue to wear them so that the result lasts through the heatwave, ~ and maybe longer?

Azengear levert goede producten, dus ik heb daar op 9 mei besteld. De bevestigingsmail gaf aan dat ik de bestelling kan volgen met Shop. Omdat ik Shop niet wil gebruiken wist ik niets van het verloop.

19 mei had ik nog niets ontvangen, dus stuurde ik een mail aan de klantenservice. Ik kreeg direct antwoord: terwijl ze nagingen waar mijn bestelling was stuurden ze me vast een vervangende zending. Bovendien zouden ze de verzendkosten terugstorten.

De volgende dag al werd deze bestelling bezorgd, en ook de verzendkosten hebben ze op mijn rekening gestort. Dat laatste was niet nodig wat mij betreft.

Werkelijk een topbedrijf. Niet alleen goede producten tegen een goede prijs, maar vooral ook een geweldige service!

I stuck one of the patches on my son's winter jacket sleeve (navy) to hide a hole in late February and it's barely visible and has stayed on - very happy!

I ordered a pack of stick on repair patches which unfortunately didn't turn up. After contacting the company and explaining my problem Emily acted immediately and despatched another replacement which was delivered the next day. peut être , mettre un peu plus de morceaux plus grands ( plus de quantités , moins de petites pièces , pour pus de réparations : on est capable de couper des petites pièces dans des morceaux trop grands , pas le contraire ) .
Sinon ; réparations très propres .

Not very clear order system through partner, Decathlon, whose support is unresponsive. I wish the contact and responsibilities of aZengear were clearer when ordering from Decathlon, but once I managed to reach aZengear support, they resolved the issue well. Ordering model and partnership with Decathlon can be improved. Excellent support, well done!
