Après la perte du colis par le livreur j'ai pris contact avec Azparts. Ils m'ont répondu rapidement pour répondre à mes inquiétudes . L'affaire a bien êtes suivi et ils m'ont renvoyé un colis dès que possible.
Le colis correspond parfaitement à mes attentes, conforme au descriptif du site internet.

Pros- e-bike vision is a good and reliable company
Pros- e-bike vision is a very good product, test certificate and warranty, the best I could find on the market compatible with my OEM batterie.
Azparts responsive and answer all most my emails and doubts about the product even at late hours. Not a problem to deliver to Portugal, about 2 weeks to deliver, besides beeing considered a danger product ( most German company's refuse to do)
Cons- the discription of the product was not correct on the website saying that was not compatible to panasonic charger, later info corrected by email by AZparts. The costumer followup after purchase can be improved, I have the impression of a honest and professional company.
