I have had an amazing experience completing my Level 3 SEN course with The B2W Group! My experience on this course has been very positive. I have enjoyed learning about Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion, person-centred approaches, and multi-agency working.

The course has helped me develop new knowledge and skills that I can use in further education and future employment. I feel more confident in understanding how to support children and young people with different needs and how professionals work together to provide effective support.

Overall my experience was great. The course helped teach and recap me on important information needed for a customer service type role, the information was delivered clear and concise and it was easy to follow. The tutor was extremely helpful when it came to needing extra help and support throughout the course and i now feel ready to apply the skills I now better understand into a real work place environment.
