This is a follow up review to the installation of my new bathroom in May 2017. My satisfaction with the installation was well documented at the time. Suffice to say that I was 100% satisfied with the tradesmen, their work and professionalism and the cost.

8 years on and only one small issue. The tap in my sink began to show signs of wear and tear. I had no problem with this. It just didn't do the rest of the room justice. I honestly didn't want to bother anyone with this insignificant problem. I happened to be chatting with a B4U employee one day and asked him whether it would be possible to send a photograph of the tap to him as I wanted to get somebody to fit it for me and I needed to be sure that I bought the right tap. He okayed this and I sent the picture to him and he was to put a tap aside for me to collect in my local B4U store.

Today, 10th April, a knock on my door revealed a B4U service rep, tap in hand, landed on to do the job, To say that this was beyond my wildest expectations would be a vast understatement. He was no longer than 30 minutes in the house, job complete and looking great. Only problem now is trying to bring the rest of the bathroom in line with the new tap.

The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. From taping together wires in my shower, leaving holes in my ceiling, putting the shower door handle on the wrong way round, connecting a gravity fed shower to the mains....the list is endless!!! No satisfaction in complaining. A year on and still suffering from their shoddy work. Avoid at all costs.

My first visit in bathrooms4u was only to buy few things and end up buying everything what I needed. Graham from bathrooms4u Tralee was extremely helpful. He’s Excellent! I have gotten 3 bathrooms done by Bathrooms4u and I have to say what I taught would be a stressful experience was absolutely no problem. I rearranged the bathrooms totally which meant moving placements of sinks toilets and showers and nothing was a problem for them. They organised absolutely everything so everything was done in 4 days. Old bathrooms out new bathroom in. Everything was top quality and the tiling is absolutely perfect. I’m so in love with my new bathrooms.

My business is now on our 3rd job with B4U. From the initial consultation & advice given to job completion - the execution was timely, extremely clean & ultimately my business saved money. Job 2 was the same experience. A sales agent called went through the job from top to toe. Materials were delivered & the job completed one week later. Presently completing a bigger project with B4U. We visited their new showrooms in Tralee & the experience was enjoyable. The knowledge & experience by the agent was very reassuring. Overall my business has had nothing but positive experiences with B4U. TBH the leader in the field as regards toilet make overs.

Absolutely wonderful company, start to finish. The management liased with my builder to insure all went smoothly and my new bathroom was in on time. I overlooked 2 or 3 items and B4U pointed out these snags and got them sorted. Very clean and tidy, took away all excess leftover tile etc and the price was excellent and i would do the same again. All in it saved me a big headache and i had peace of mind and a touch of class in the new build. I cannot recommend them enough.

We recently hired Bathrooms4U for a bathroom renovation. I can honestly say they were absolutely brilliant. From our first consultation with Dylan, to Zenur and his team (who went above and beyond) to the amazing tiler (everyone has commented on his impeccable work) to the lads who finished off the job to perfection, there really is not one thing we could fault. If you are thinking of renovating a bathroom, I would whole heartedly recommend these guys. We are thrilled with the results. Thanks for a great job!!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Bathrooms4u. They installed a mobility bathroom and they carried out their work efficiently and without delay. From the initial call out, the staff were polite and no job too big or small which will place the persons mind at ease. From clearing the existing bathroom back to block walls, removal of existing bath to tiling, installing a vent in the gutters,heater in the bathroom and installing the finished product with little to no disturbance to my mother. They were familiar of the task in hand and completed it all within a week They were a pleasure to deal with from Start to Finish and followed up with a call of “is everything to moms satisfaction” once completed. They also put my mom’s mind at ease with filling out the forms etc. Is she happy with the outcome ? VERY.

We had our bathroom remodel done by BATHROOMS4U Tralee. Before we commenced our project. We were given a lot of help and suggestions. We were given adequate notice of project start date. The company hired a skip and had it delivered to our property. The skip was in a really bad condition and it left a load of rust marks on our driveway that we cannot remove now. A team of workers arrived to start the job . Although they were extremely hard working men and very respectful of our home, their English was not very good so communicating was impossible. It took 5 days to complete. On the final day , we noticed a couple of problems. The worker could not help us as his English was not good. I tried contacting the initial person I dealt with but no answer. I contacted the office on a few occasions. It took a few weeks for them to send a person out to look at the mistakes. The shower door was fitted wrong so we have decor tiles protruding outside shower door area. The ceiling perimeter was left with an indent which my husband now has to fix. My insert storage boxes in the shower area and at the end of my bath had the wrong tiles fitted. We had a hole in our ceiling for two weeks as the last worker could not fit the extractor fan.

The Shower door cannot be moved now because the profile trim was screwed into the tiles and holes will be visible. When they did send someone out, it was a complete waste of time as nothing got solved.
Very expensive project, I would expect better customer service and aftercare!

I first visited B4u in Tralee a couple of months ago looking for a shower door. Graham was so helpful and easy to deal. I have since returned to get tiles for an en-suite and again Graham has been a pleasure to deal with. Not only is he really knowledgeable but he is so helpful and has a lovely welcoming way about him. I would definitely recommend B4u based on my experience there with Graham and team
