I ordered a large number of parts from this company to completely transform my Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 into a custom café racer. The quality of the products has been excellent, the deliveries were fast, and everything arrived exactly as expected.

What really deserves five stars, however, is the customer support. I’m not a professional mechanic—just an enthusiast trying to learn as I go. During the build, I ran into several issues and had plenty of questions. Every time I reached out, I received quick, friendly, and knowledgeable responses. They took the time to explain things in a way that I could actually understand, which made a huge difference for someone like me.

It’s rare to find a company that not only sells great products but also genuinely supports its customers throughout a project. Their responsiveness and willingness to help gave me the confidence to keep going when I was stuck.

Attention to detail is second to none, and a huge amount of thought must go into each and every piece, no matter how small or big. Even if it's just a bracket, it's beautifully designed and built. Their customer service is fantastic, very helpful, very responsive. I'v so far bought a side panel with a beautiful leather saddle bag for my Triumph scrambler, and I'm just about to really splash out on rear shocks, bar clamps, and a speedo... For Triumph modern classic mods and upgrades, I can't recommend BAAK highly enough..!

The Big Body shock absorbers for my Moto Guzzi V7 III Stone from 2018 are great and a real improvement. Better handling, comfort, safety and they look great. I am very happy with my purchase! One day I will buy the Heritage leather seat but that's a little expansive for now.

They sell products pretending to be compatible with listed kind of motorcycles, but then when you buy it and you got it, you discover that you need other components to buy, not even well specified in terms of charactheristics and very hard to find out in terms of compatibility. Final result you are forced to go and pay for a very expensive professional installation, with extra costs. If you think you buy the product and you easily install yourself... forget it. This is a completely unfair not has been told in advance
Moreover when you buy loose hope to get the item in a reasonable time. It took forever for me to receive it, and i almost lost hope
