Terrible company
Terrible company, wish we had checked reviews before trusting them.
They’re not in the uk as implied, they’re based in china, despite uk postage labels and uk return address on the package.
Dresses don’t fit properly and they then pretend they’re custom to try to charge you a restock fee for returns. They can’t do this legally as they’re not custom or made to order. They’re trying to ignore uk laws and trading standards.
Then they want you to pay at your expense for return to china for goods that are no good. For goods bought on a uk website, paid in pounds, no mention of overseas returns, sent with a Uk postage label and the package containing a Uk return address and the address Amex have is a Uk address in Ealing.
They don’t even read emails and send generic replies.
A few weeks before our wedding and now we have this added stress from a company that doesn’t want to abide by Uk laws or trading standards.
They have been dragging it all out with generic emails so now it’s on to the credit company and trading standards. I suggest everyone else does the same, they were given ample opportunity to fix this properly but choose not to

Kein zurücksenden
Ich habe im voraus gefragt ob man zurück senden kann da ich die kleider gerne getragen testen würde . Da hieß es ja klar kein Problem. So kleider bestellt für eins entschieden. Die anderen sollen zurück.
Natürlich geht es nicht so leicht . Ich soll die Kleider beim Schneider anpassen oder zurückschicken aber die kosten selber tragen
.Bei einem 70 euro Kleid soll ich über 40 euro versand zahlen . Prima .

Hallo, absolute Katastrophe dieser Laden. Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.
Ich habe ein Kleid für meine Tochter bestellt und es gefällt ihr nicht, es steht oben ab und hat komische Spitzen und ist viel zu lang. Wir wollten es zurück schicken, aber es gibt angeblich keine Rücksendeetiketten zur Zeit vom Shop laut deren Aussage. Wir sollen es auf eigene kosten zurück schicken nach China und im schlimmsten Fall kommen Zollgebühren dazu, da zahlt man nochmal drauf. Seit 29.03.26 bin ich am hin und her schreiben mit dem Shop dersogenannten Iris, wenn sie dann irgendwann mal antworten. Sie geht Überhaupt nicht auf meine Vorschläge bzw Nachrichten ein und schreibt immer dasselbe.
Auf der Webseite in den Rückgaberichlinien steht eindeutig drin, das man es kostenlos zurück schicken kann und auch bei Unzufriedenheit und nicht gefallen 90 % erstattet bekommt. Stimmt alles nicht!
Dann wurde gesagt wenn wir es umnähen lassen erstatten sie die Schneiderkosten. Auch darauf wird nicht mehr eingegangen.
Nachdem ich geschrieben habe, der Schneider kostet 100 € und ich um Erstattung bat, kam darauf keine Antwort mehr.
Dann hab ich es bei Klarna gemeldet als Problem, plötzlich kam mitten am Tag eine Nachricht das ich das Problem sofort zurück nehmen soll ansonsten Antworten sie mir nicht mehr und können nichts mehr bearbeiten, ich soll erst bezahlen.
Absolute Abzocke und unmöglich dieser Laden! Ich würde nie wieder dort bestellen!!!! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
Dasselbe schreiben ja alle hier. Ich würde nicht mal einen Stern geben.

Es tut mir leid. Wenn Sie eine Rückerstattung von 90% wünschen, müssen Sie die Ware zurücksenden. Es gibt keine Probleme mit dem Produkt, warum sollten wir Ihnen das Produkt und 90% des Geldes geben? Sie wollen nur 10% bezahlen, um dieses Kleid zu bekommen? Das ist leider unmöglich. Sie haben ein Kleid in Standardgröße gekauft. Die Größe des Kleides, das wir gemacht haben, ist korrekt. Der maximale Fehler beträgt 1-2cm. Das ist nicht unsere Schuld. Es tut uns auch leid, dass das Kleid nicht Ihren Zufriedenheit entspricht. Wir verstehen Ihre Gefühle vollkommen.

La qualité est bonne mais les costumes taille très petit, et au vu des frais démesuré pour un retour, je me retrouve avec un costume que je ne peux pas mettre sur les bras car ça ne vaut pas le coup de le renvoyer. Donc je ne recommande pas cette enseigne

Ordered my wife a dress for an upcoming wedding. Had her professionally measured and ordered per the sizing guideline on their website.
The dress of course run small, go to return it and they charge you $50 to return the dress to China. Kind of scummy for an American company to make you return an item that they sized incorrectly out out of the country and make you pay for it.

Assia stopped replying when I quoted her with the law. refused to get a manager!
DO NOT USE !!!!
Update - now they're asking me to delete my review - not a chance!!!!
And you didn't provide a full refund at all - you wanted shipping costs and also for me to lie to say it was under value for customs!! Absolute shambles of a company

Finger weg
Finger weg. Die Kleider waren zwar ganz okay aber gefallen haben sie mir im Endeffekt nicht. Rückversand sollte ich selbst zahlen und man würde mir zusätzlich 10 Prozent des Kaufpreises abziehen. Nie wieder diese Seite. Schlechter Service noch dazu

I was so worried about buying a dress…
I was so worried about buying a dress due to all of the people saying it wasn’t good quality or it didn’t come. But I ordered it and it was exactly how I wanted it. I was in between two sizes and I was nervous, so with a free custom sizing it was Perfect! For anyone who is worried like I was I think it will be okay!!

Arnaque totale !
Site à éviter. Les robes sont jolies mais la qualité est bien en-dessous du prix, et les tailles sont totalement incohérentes (leur 38 est trop grand alors que normalement c’est trop petit pour moi).
Leur politique de retour est trompeuse et abusive : les retours sont à votre charge, l’adresse est en Chine, et ils compliquent tout pour décourager les remboursements. Même quand les tailles ne correspondent pas ou que le produit est inutilisable pour vous, vous devez payer pour renvoyer.
C’est une véritable arnaque : ne commandez pas si vous n’êtes pas prêt à perdre temps et argent.
