I was experiencing issues with Webex that prevented me from placing and receiving calls. The representative was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire troubleshooting process. Thanks to their assistance, Jake, my Webex is now working perfectly, and I can make and receive calls without any problems.

ON CALLING SUPPORT LINE, PROBLEM RESOLUTION WAS ESCALATED PROMPTLY. FAST RESPONSE RESULTED. KEPT US UPDATED REGUARLY ON THE SITUATION AND PROGRESS RESOLVING IT. CALLS WERE ALSO REROUTED TO MOBILES SO CUSTOMERS COULD CONTACT US. SYSTEM WAS BACK UP AND RUNNING QUICKLY. REALLY EXCELLENT SUPPORT

Babble have been great for our business and there service is 2nd to none, having Rob Munday on hand to deal with any problems or issues has made using babble cost effective for our company time

We have been with Babble for a few years now. There were a few hiccups to start with but now we find them very helpfully. We have regular contact with our Customer Experience Manager Sally Gillies and our Accounts Manager James Gaskill who go out there way to help with everything from looking into our support cases to putting us in contact with the right people to get the best results in what we are needing at the time. When we need to replace IT this arrives very promptly and the Tech supports are very knowledgeable in dealing with our computer issues.

Of all the IT provider companies I've ever used, Babble is by far the worst experience I have ever delt with. From shocking support, to auto renewing contracts with no communications, invoicing for contracts that has ended, false promises of making things better, cocky sales team, and customer experience departments who can talk the talk but delivered absolutely nothing. This company was of zero value to our business after buying out our local MSP. We even had cake in the office once all of our contracts ended with Babble.

Poor customer service. Hidden charges after they lost contract caused excess charges. Hidden 24/7 fees then when asked for a credit had to fight for it. Bad attitude. Would never work with them again or recommend to anyone. Nor business or personal use. Ceases all work with them

Robert Munday helped me through a stressful period involving my old copper house phone. His help and support was very much appreciated. I am now in a much better place.
