Retail management
Helen was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the apprenticeship and helped me achieve a distinction. She deserves so much recognition for her everything she does in assisting people reach and exceed their goals.

Helen and the team have been fantastic!! I have just passed my retail leadership with a distinction and they made the process so easy and assisted at any point in which I needed them. Helen is so friendly, down to earth and such a lovely person. Could not recommend enough. I hope she gets the acknowledgement she deserves.

I recently completed a level three Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship. Helen became my advisor around a third of the way through my course and was supportive and encouraging throughout. I do suffer with low confidence and self belief at times but always felt lifted and motivated after our discussions. I was always provided with the best learning materials, told about external bodies and websites that could progress my learning and my workload was balanced well. Thank you Helen and Babbington. Vivien Gyll also helped me with maths which was a difficult job but she got me through!

Awful experience.Training material was wrong wasting hours of time. I had 4 skills caoches in 8 months. I have quit the course without finishing it feeling cheated.
Mark Frankland the maths coach was amazing and ensured i passed my exam with flying colours, its a shame he works for such an awful training provider!

Best company and even better trainers. Ian and Chris are supper supportive and tailor their workshops to fit the industry you work in.
Some great staff, made the experience easy and simple
Whilst there was a rocky start to my Project Management course with a couple of changes in skills coach, the latest skills coach Peter was great, with a high level of knowledge of the course content and of project management in general.
The system that Babington use also makes the distribution and submission of information nice and easy, as well as being able to track grades and time spent on the course.

I would just like to say a big thank you to my skills coach Lisa. She was so helpful and supportive from beginning to end, I couldn't have asked for a better coach. She always went above and beyond to help and support me. I couldn't have achieved my overall grade in my L3 Business Admin apprenticeship without Lisa. My EPA Admin Jo was also super nice and helpful. Thank you again!

I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for all the support and guidance , that has been provided to me in preparing for my Math's and English exams, the before, during and preparation.
Thanks to Emma's invaluable assistance, I am thrilled to hear that I have successfully now passed my math's exam. A lot of hard work has gone into this from all sides.
The team I have worked with, Emma, Mark and Suzy, their unwavering support, encouragement, and expertise have been instrumental in helping me navigate through the challenges and obstacles I faced during this journey.
Mark, "What would you do next" these words will echo and probably , stay with me forever! and I sincerely thank you for that.
Your patience in clarifying doubts, providing constructive feedback, and sharing your knowledge have truly made a difference in my understanding and confidence.

Business Administration level 3
Joined Babington through an apprenticeship whilst working for a Government arms length body.
The on boarding process was quite rocky to start with, was waiting a while to hear from the provider. During the course I changed to a different coach by the name of Emma Smith. She is very positive and approachable, and helped coached me through assignments, encouraging me to think and approach questions differently. Also prepared and gave me a good understanding of what to expect when going through EPA. A lot of the work is self learning, and taking ownership of your self development and learning needs. Overall is was a good experience with a lot of pressure to succeed.

Great experience working with the individuals. I had two trainers on my journey, Emma Smith and Holly Leggott. They were both very lovely and helpful.
Really good experience
My skills coach Donna Rahelly was an integral part of my success in this apprenticeship. I was well supported from beginning to end and knew she was just an email away if I ever needed help with anything.
Donna allowed me to catch up on my assignments whenever I fell behind or got caught up with my 9-5 and this took the pressure away and allowed me to fully focus and prioritise on my work tasks and have the protected time to submit my assignments a few days after the due date.
From the moment I met with Donna over a support call she always saw my potential and believed in me and consistently affirmed me. She believed I would get a distinction before I did!
I felt adequately prepared for my EPA because of Donna and the support sessions and learning material that she provided me with.
Overall, the learning platform BUD and the virtual classrooms held throughout the duration of my apprenticeship were beneficial. It was in the virtual classrooms where I felt supported by seeing and talking to other apprentices just like myself who were going through the same journey as me.
Business Admin Apprenticeship
My skills coach, Lisa, was so supportive throughout the entire process. I completed the business administration L3 apprenticeship, which was a lot of work - I couldn't have done it without the encouragement and support I'd received from Lisa, especially when submissions were late due to heavy workloads/illness. I've achieved so much more than I thought I could through this experience, I'm very thankful to Babington and Lisa.

I am currently completing a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship
I am nearly at the finish line and I just wanted to give a huge shout out to everyone at Babington for providing the learning platform and services that they do because there's not been a single day I have been on this journey to achieving my qualification, where I haven't expanded my existing skills or picked up a lot of new knowledge along the way! I would love to further send out a HUGE shout out to my coach Emma D for being nothing short of amazing - a real credit to Babington, along with all the other staff!
Maths was my nemesis
Maths is my nemesis, however Babington, has shown me that Maths isn't that bad. I have had an Amazing tutor/coach. Can't thank her enough
Level 3 - Business Admin Apprentiship
I have just completed my Business Admin Level 3 Apprenticeship. I had a few complications at the start of my apprenticeship due to the placement. I was apprehensive I would fall behind but my tutor Lisa has been fantastic from the very start.
Lisa has been more than amazing during this process. She is so helpful & always goes above & beyond no matter what problem I have even if it is not college-related.
I have completed this apprenticeship with a distinction & it wouldn't have been possible without her. Thank you :)
Level 3 Customer service specialist
Im currently enrolled in the level 3 customer service specialist apprenticeship. Emma my skills coach is amazing, she always provides great feedback on how to bring work up to distinction level. Its a shame that my company has struggled to set up a teams link with Babington but Emma is always fast to respond to my emails. The virtual workshops we attend need looking at as I don't think they are engaging enough. Other than that my experience has been very positive.
