Poor customer service experience

Poor customer service experience. Ignored many of my questions/concerns and, considering that its a premium brand, seem to worry about saving every penny even at the expense/inconvenience of the customer. My bouncer replacement took over 2 weeks to come and the advisor was not helpful at all. They had to wait until I had dropped off my defective bouncer before dispatch.

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible.
I emailed three times to try to resolve my solution and got the same copy and pasted email each time. I proposed multiple options to try to help resolve the problem including sending the product back at my own cost and i dont believe my emails were even being read.
For reference my carrier had a fault which they conclude was my own doing even though i sent multiple photos showing there was no rips, tears, cuts or any other signs of damage.

I ordered a replacement travel cot mattress. Product is absolutely fine. Worth noting that it was shipped from the Swedish warehouse via 'sea transport'. Delivery to the UK was in the region of two weeks. They only communicated this when I asked about delivery timelines. Otherwise, perfectly happy.

Logistics Nightmare

Ordered an item from a friend's registry from Canadian website, thinking everything would arrive well before baby shower. Had to follow up to actually get an item shipped out only to have it run into some hiccups clearing customs (refused by UPS Customs Broker), and it's been a painful process to get any sort of meaningful update through multiple channels (Email, Social Media).

"We have escalated with Warehouse team" is not a satisfactory response, but is the only thing they will provide. I am not sure how they operate physical retail, but seems like their online retail seriously needs work. I have asked them to provide specific dates, but I doubt they would be able to provide that. Refund process should be fun, so I may need to file a claim with my credit card to get my money back.

Feels like a Scam company

Feels like a Scam company! We’ve been waiting for a good ordered in December 2025 and still have not received the package. They keep saying it’s delayed or stuck at customs without providing proof. Please send the good or refund our money. Customer service is awful.

Order has never been sent. Spent over £200 and no mention of my order for 2 weeks now.

Disappointing product quality and support

I purchased a BabyBjörn Baby Carrier Mini and experienced a serious issue during the first and only use. While wearing the carrier according to the instructions, a plastic fastening area rubbed against my jacket and caused a tear in the fabric.
I contacted BabyBjörn support, provided clear photos of the carrier and the damage, and explained exactly how it happened. Despite this, they refused to take responsibility and stated they could not identify any issue with the product.
For a premium-priced baby carrier, I expected better design quality and much better customer support. This experience has made me lose trust in the brand, and I would advise other parents to be cautious.

Customer service is horrible

Customer service is horrible. Send me a cheap 60 dollar item instead of the almost 300 dollar item. They could get us the correct item and getting a refund was near impossible.

Excellent customer service & products

I'm truly impressed with quality of customer support. Dimitar has been exceptional, providing above and beyond service, cleary communicating and being very helpful. It's probably the best customer service I've received in a while. I have at least 7 BabyBjörn items and the excellence of the products was well topped up with fantastic customer support experience. First time doing business with…

First time doing business with BabyBjorn and it will be the last. Ordered a bounce chair for my granddaughter in plenty of time for it to be delivered for her baby shower. BabyBjorn didn’t ship for six days and only after my inquiry about why it hadn’t been shipped yet. It is now supposed to arrive the day after her shower. Should have ordered one at Amazon.

STAY AWAY! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Not surprised at the terrible reviews.

I have the baby carrier and the bouncer, despite using them for about 3 months the fabric has bobbled A LOT on both. I contacted the company who asked for photos, manufacturing labels etc. and after the long winded process and plethora of info they required, they confirmed the items are faulty.

Instead of replacing them I’ve been going back and forth for 6 months where they’ve promised replacements, gone back on their word, asked for more pictures and the manufacturing information again, refused to raise a complaint or escalate my concern and ignore me.

TERRIBLE customer service and experience. I wouldn’t recommend at all which is a shame as my baby loves the bouncer.

The baby carrier is harmful!

I bought the Move carrier without reading the reviews, and it was a big mistake. The carrier is not ergonomic at all. No matter how many adjustments I've tried, there is no way of achieving the M leg shape. Apparently, BabyBjorn is infamous for its narrow carriers where the baby's leg dang down straight, but I trusted the brand and bought the carrier without doing the research first. Don't make the same mistake!

Should have read reviews before buying…

Should have read reviews before buying something just because the internet says it’s the top product. Bought the BabyBjörn bouncer for my new born knowing he wouldn’t be able to use it before he weighed at least 7lb. My baby was born early and at 5lb so have only recently been able to put him in it. After the second time I noticed he was lying to the left and when I straightened him he would still slant. There didn’t seem to be an issue with the bouncer when looking at it when baby was in but as soon as I took him out i could see once closer that the steel was actually very bent ; this was only when I looked closely as opened it still didn’t seem broken from the front . I contacted baby bjorn and they have replied to state it doesn’t fall under warranty, basically saying I did it and also I should dispose of it and not use it!!! Considering the cost of the product their customer service is awful, their response is also unfriendly and has slight attitude to it which is my job considering they just told me to bin it! I bought the baby carrier too and now I wish I hadn’t given them my money for that but had already opened and used.
More reviews needs to be left on here as I didn’t see it to start. Their products are not worth the price they charge at all.

Contrairement aux autres avis, j’ai reçu ma commande très rapidement (une semaine pour être exacte).
De plus, je m’étais trompée dans le code postal de ma livraison, le service client n’a malheureusement pas pu me venir en aide mais m’a répondu rapidement. J’ai pu faire livrer mon coli dans un point relais après avoir reçu un mail du transporteur. (PostNord SE au départ puis remis à Chronopost une fois en France)

Baby Bjorn mini carrier... amazing quality

I have recently bought Baby Bjorn mini carrier through Amazon for my second kid who is almost two months old. Such an amazing quality! You can see the product has been tested on actual babies, unlike most baby carriers out there which are bulky and difficult to use. With Baby Bjorn mini carrier it is possible to do small chores around the house as my kid is comfortable and happy in it. It is really a great help. Wish I bought it sooner!

Disappointed and dissatisfied

I have used the baby bjorn bouncer for less than two months. My baby uses it on average of 15 minutes a day, the position actually helps her to poo. It has been washed 2-3 times (using the manufacturers instructions) as it doesn’t really get dirty much. Unfortunately despite not being used much, the fabric on the cover is covered in bobbles. I am quite embarrassed to take the bouncer anywhere.

I contacted customer services who agreed to the fault and accepted my claim under warranty. They have asked me to destroy the cover and send evidence of this before they can send another cover to me. It can take up to two weeks to receive the new cover which means I will be left without a bouncer for that length of time.

I have been advised it is their strict policy that all faulty products have to be destroyed immediately and proof sent to them for the claim to be approved. Whilst I appreciate the reasoning for this, in my case the issue is not of safety, but rather it is an aesthetic one. Therefore I cannot comprehend why a new cover cannot be sent straight away. I can then send evidence of this cover being destroyed.

To me that is not acceptable and it definitely is not something i am willing to compromise on when it comes to my baby and her needs.

The bouncer itself is not cheap, I expected a more understanding response and better customer service.

Do not buy the jersey fabric cover unless you want to be disappointed

Where is my order ???

Not even one star because I placed my order on 23rd June and dispatched on 25th June, now it’s been 3 weeks and I still have not received it. I contacted customer service few times and no one has bothered to reply to my queries. I tried messaging them on website on their online chat, but it always says “we are offline, leave your name and an email address” I did that many times and again no one replies. Worst !

Order not received, going round in circles

I placed my order 13 business days ago and it was shipped 11 business days ago. I have had ongoing communications with customer services (7 emails sent by me and 7 received). Each email says the same thing, with the last saying my order might take up to 8 business days to arrive!!! They seem to be incapable of admitting they have no idea where my parcel is and that it is likely lost.
