Dear Customer Support Team,

I am writing regarding my order #52231 (tracking number: TBA329216883919).

According to the tracking information, the package was marked as delivered on Tuesday, March 10 at 11:33 PM to the following address:
111 Mellodiic Dr, Newark, DE 19713, United States.
However, I did NOT receive this package.

Today is April 11, and more than a month has passed with no resolution, no clear information, and no real assistance from your side. This is extremely frustrating and honestly very disappointing. This is the first time I have ever faced such a situation with any store.

I carefully checked around my property, contacted neighbors, and made every possible effort to locate the package — but it is nowhere to be found.

This order contained three cameras that are very important to me. I urgently needed them, and this situation has caused me serious inconvenience and stress.

I also want to emphasize that under Delaware consumer protection laws, as well as general U.S. consumer rights, the seller is responsible for ensuring that the product is actually delivered to the customer — not just marked as delivered. A “delivered” status does not fulfill your obligation if the customer never received the goods.

At this point, I feel ignored and left without support, which is completely unacceptable.

I am asking you to take this matter seriously and provide an immediate solution:

either a full refund
or a replacement shipment

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to take further action, including:

filing a complaint with local authorities and consumer protection agencies,
contacting law enforcement regarding the missing package,
and publicly sharing my experience across social media and review platforms.

I would strongly prefer to resolve this situation peacefully and directly with you, but I need real action — not silence.

Please respond as soon as possible.
