It's been 3.5 weeks since i ordered the dress. They said DHL had supplied the wrong tracking number when I complained about how my item was showing as not sent yet. They assured me my package was coming as they HAD sent it. And now they've stopped replying.

Awful website DO NOT purchase.

Brought one 25th Jan for 3-5 day express shipping and items never arrived till 20th Feb. Company do not reply to emails.

Quality is horrendous and now in order to return the items you have to use there online portal and it doesn’t work the button takes you to a blank page and there is no way of contacting them as they don’t reply to emails

5 emails sent. No response. Ordered a dress for 109 euros with 3-5 business days. It’s been weeks. Absolut scam!!! Want my money back

Total scam!!
They did not send me any of the products I ordered. I contacted customer service, who said the product was shipped, but when I track my order, it says nothing has happened and I still haven't had any updates after a month! DO NOT ORDER.

Horrendous quality, dress completely transparent- nothing like photos advertised. Dress is unwearable due to the quality being so awful

I have asked to return multiple times however my emails have been ignored on all occasions

SCAM!! KØB IKKE FRA DETTE FIRMA. Jeg bestilte en kjole, som var meget længere om levering end lovet. Da jeg endelig modtog kjolen, var det på ingen måde den, som jeg havde bestilt - det var både i stof, stil og design en helt anden kjole. Jeg har sendt dem flere mails med billeder af kjolen og sendt anmodning om refusion uden nogen form for respons fra dem.

Don’t waste your money! Ordered a dress for my birthday thinking it would arrive on time within a week and a half time frame and didn’t. No communication from their side. And to top it off, the quality was ABSOLUTELY poor, nothing like the pictures. Very disappointing. Nothing but scams! Only if I could rate it a -10 I really would.
They can’t even give you a proper refund, just some exchange for an item or store credit. Which I think is diabolical! Why would I want to order anything from this “so called store” after a disappointing experience???

Scam website!!! No confirmation email, no package received, just my card charged!!! Reporting to my credit card company. PS: they steal all of baby boo fashion.

Terrible experience, 3 weeks waiting for delivery, even when purchese with 3-5 express delivery. Now when I want to return, no one respond to my emails or return request. Do not waste you time and money, absolutely not worth it

Would give zero if I could! Fake dresses sold under pictures and descriptions stolen from legitimate websites. Awful customer service, awful business. Avoid at ALL COSTS
