Item still not received by person needing it, although ordered on 3.3.26.
Sent to wrong address in error although delivery address clearly given.
Little in the way of apology from the company.
On informing company of the error was told I'd be contacted next morning with an update on correct delivery but wasn't. Had to contact again myself.

You’re absolutely right that the delivery address was clearly provided, and the initial dispatch error should not have happened. We also apologise for the lack of timely communication after you reached out; you should not have had to chase for an update.
To ensure the issue was corrected as quickly as possible, we sent out a replacement item on 13/03 to the correct address. We’re continuing to monitor the delivery, and we’re here to help until it reaches you safely.

Slight confusion as the assemble instructions inside the box implied there was a piece missing, but a quick call to Back2 clarified that there wasn't and all was good.

Purchased Herman Miller Verus chair
Purchased Herman Miller Verus chair, great price at Back2. I scored 4/5 due to the best price I could find on the market. subtracted 1 point because I felt communication could have been better for arranging a delivery date. They called me to arrange delivery but I missed the call. I think Back2 should have left a voice message or an email to confirm delivery options. An online delivery date picker would be even better

Good buying experience for quality product
I was so pleased to find this company after much web research for an ergonomic office chair. Important factors for me: a telephone number that is answered by a real person; good customer response by email; delivery by trusted courier (mine was ParcelForce which I'm happy with); and of course great product. The Pago chair feels substantial - well made and cleverly designed. It's early days but it seems very comfortable and easy to adjust for personal preference. (Pago themselves also had an online video for chair assembly.) I'm very happy with it and with my buying experience. Would recommend.
