Too Suspicious: Creators Beware!
Chris agreed to a refund but it has been over 4 months and still has not heard back from him. I had paid the premium service (700USD) but had NO conversions from it. Other platforms converted much more. The initial support was great but poor execution and now they are ignoring me. Creators beware. Would not recommend.

Final Update 02: Nov 22nd 2019
Backersinfo also runs two domains- Backersinfo.com and Backersinfo.org. They do this so they feed all the 'good' reviews to the .org domain, and any negative review, they will simply ask Trustpilot to remove it since they only use the .com one to approach you, but their Trustpilot account is under the .org domain. My review on there got removed because of this reason, even though it is under the same company. They managed to find a loop hole in the Trustpilot system. Anyways, anyone who is thinking about using their service, beware!
Final Update: Oct 17th 2019
After a few weeks of going back and forth with BackersInfo, I have concluded that they have highly inflated their stats and database on thier website to attract new or desperate creators hoping to bring in real backers to their campaigns. Trust me- I was one of them. Now one can argue that they do not guarantee backers through their services and it really depends on the campaign itself, so that's fair. But for our campaign, we raised over 50kUSD, and Backersinfo did not manage to bring in 1 single backer to our campaign. 0 ROI!! Any business owner would be suspicious.
Other things that were suspicious:
-They kept calling me all day (even at night) after I have told them to contact me through email.
-They offered me incentives to write a better review. In the end, I feel that I need to write a fair and real review instead of using their service again for free, as they offered.
-They told me many stories- someone died (for which I told them I was sorry if that was true), many employees got laid off because of my one review, their families were affected, no one is approaching them anymore etc... so am I now responsible?
-When they finally refunded the 50% as promised 5 months ago, it was from a different company, called Freelance It service, and through 2 separate transaction (one was a 'test'). I cannot find any information of this company.
-All the highly rated reviews- I suspect they offered incentives as they did to me. There is some reviews mentioning this also. Also, it is not too difficult to generate "reviews". All you need is an email address.
My genuine intention is not to attack BackersInfo, but to offer my personal experience with them. I am a creator myself and I do not want more creators being tricked into thinking they will get a great ROI from using their services. There are way better options out there. Creators Beware!
