The incense burner is much bigger than I expected. I thought it was going to be made from die cast, it's made from porsline, which makes sense.

this is the best customer service i’ve ever encountered, i’ve ordered a lighter as a birthday present and my package got lost somewhere and i was unable to track it, i’ve dropped an email to inquire about my package status and the backfire team has not only replaced my lost package and send me a new one, they have followed up with me at every step until i received my package and reassured me constantly that they’re working on it and ensuring that the package gets to me.

they have been nice, accommodating and understanding and i appreciate their efforts in making sure that i receive what i paid for which shows integrity.

my partner has eventually received the lighter and was very happy with the gift.

Had some problems with the shipping but it wasnt the supplier fault, still they helped us, even send a second lighter because the first one didnt arrive, super friendly support and great product. Definitely recommend

Ordered the Juice Wrld incense burner and it arrived broken! Got in touch with the them through the email and was quickly replaced. Unfortunately the replacement came broken too. I was worried I would get ghosted or not get another replacement or refund but when I let them know about it they sent me another with extra cushion to ensure it would come undamaged. I was skeptical at first about ordering from here but turns out it’s an honest guy running a small business the right way.

I ordered back in January but due to usps everything got really complicated and my order got lost and delayed, but because the owner is really helpful and backfire really has an amazing customer service it got sorted out, I wasn't left hanging or wasting my money. The product itself is amazing you get what you see on the website or their tiktok page. I heavily suggest this as a gift it works really well too.

I recently picked up one of these car-style lighters from Backfire, and I’ve got to say I’m seriously impressed. The design is super detailed and actually looks like a mini car, which always catches people’s attention. The metal body feels solid and well-built, not cheap or flimsy at all, and it works perfectly right out of the box.

Every time I pull it out, my friends ask where I got it. I’ve already sent multiple people their way, and everyone who’s bought one has loved it too.

Had an issue with my flame being set to low but customer service guided me in fixing it and it works well now. Wish the green flame lasted longer and the wheels spun freely better but other than that I love it

I ordered the Paul Walker Skyline lighter and when I received it, WOW! Exceeded my expectations, looked absolutely incredible and the box + packaging it came in was no exception either which made for an unboxing experience that felt like royalty!

Unfortunately I had a defect on the first lighter I received but this was remedied without question and a replacement lighter was sent out as quickly as possible.

Cannot recommend the backfire shop and their products enough, well worth the money and would gladly buy from them again!

I just became the coolest guy in town fs. Definitely the best lighter I could buy and I don't even smoke. Product and packaging are just as expected to say the least. Quality is great and it overall works perfectly. Want to keep trying it over time to talk about durability but for now I couldn't be any happier with my purchase.

Coolest lighter, worth the money.

As this product is handcrafted/made and not mass-produced, it will take a little longer to arrive but don't let that put you off as the lighter is so unique and well made. I ordered 2 x different models initially back in November, received one in January and then was kept up to date on the 2nd model all the way til I received it a month later. Backfire even offered me a full refund or to choose an alternative model if I wasn't willing to wait and was very customer focused throughout. I must say it has been extremely refreshing to deal with a company that is so quick to respond to enquiries but also to be proactive. I will certainly be looking forward to new launches from Backfire and adding to my collection.

Beautiful craftsmanship. As they make them all by hand made to order, the time he takes to make these absolutely shows in person. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. Will order more soon!

To start, my son begged me for one. Till I finally got him one and he was so happy. He asked for another for Christmas the Orange Supra. so I got it too. Then the seller was so kind enough to reach out to tell me they didn’t have it in stock and set me another in time for my son to open for Christmas to me that was very generous, because of this item particularly being made a month after they sent over the original(orange Supra). So to end this review, seller is great with communicating and product. Thank you Backfire

I had some issues with my lighter when I first bought it (Totally my fault) but luckily it was insanely pleasant dealing this company. Most of the time I hate doing it because it's not a real person or it takes days for the company to get back to you. The customer service is top tear. Everything was explained clearly and they even went as far to send me tutorial videos on how to fix the lighter. My lighter works now and I am so thankful and amazed how easy it was accessing the issue. The product itself is also amazing from the packaging to the green flame that comes out of the lighter. It feels more luxurious than opening a Loui Vittion gift bag. If you're thinking about buying this product, do it, it will not let you down!
