Incredible service. My bike was returned within 36 hours of having Back Pedal start the search with thoughtful and transparent communications throughout. I count myself very lucky to get the bike back and this is completely down to Back Pedal. Brilliant team and can’t recommend them enough - it should be part of all bike insurance.

Brilliant
I didn’t think this technology existed! My bike was stolen and a few hours later I had it back. Simple as that- worth every penny!

Amazing experience
Amazing experience - from moment reported Bike stollen, team acted fast in locating through the GPS and within 7hrs the Bike was recovered and back in my possession!

My bike got stolen and they tracked it…
My bike got stolen and they tracked it and were after in, literally in minutes. I had my bike back within one hour. I am very grateful!

Paid for the kit in April
Paid for the kit in April. Very long story but the tracker still doesn't work (2nd), the company is still trying to get subscription out of my bank (good thing I'm on another card now) and haven't refunded the original payment.

Bike recovered
I had the misfortune of having my bike stolen. I would never have got it back if it weren’t for Backpedal who tracked it and returned it to me.
Communication was excellent along with the service they provide.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Delivered on expectations - recovered my bicycle!
The team at BackPedal provided clear guidance on the subsequent procedures and what to anticipate throughout the process after my bike was stolen. They maintained constant communication with me and, with the diligent efforts of their tracking team coupled with innovative technology, successfully recovered my bike within 24 hours. I extend my sincere appreciation to Richard for his consistent updates and to Julian for the swift recovery of my bike. AMAZING - My bike was stolen and recovered!!
My bike was stolen, and backpedal recovered and returned it within 2 hours. It’s an AMAZING service and can’t recommend it enough and I’m sure will become the norm for bike insurance
