Rick made the entire experience start to finish not only easy but enjoyable. He brings a lot of expertise around backs to process and helpful and accommodating. Couldn’t recommend this store more highly!

To start off, the past year Ive gone through 4 mattresses and 4 separate 100 night trials and all were sent back after giving me and my partner back pain. I nearly gave up the search and almost went with a basic firm mattress but came across a YouTube video of Back Science. The explanation of the construction and how it worked made sense to me so I gave them a call and ended up speaking with Rick. He was the most helpful and knowledgeable person I've spoked to since starting my search and made it very easy to want to try it out considering the severe back pain I was having, so we drove about 2 hours each way to try it out and it was completely worth it.

I don’t even know where to start… Rick and his team are exceptional in all ways! I came into Ultrabed looking for a mattress after stopping by sit n sleep, I was warmly greeted at the door and noticed how elegant and clean the mattress store looked and instantly felt like i had found the right place. Before coming in i was soooooo confused at all the different types of mattress there were until the sales rep Miguel explained the differences and showed me multiple different options. after about 20 minutes of trying different things out, the sales rep took me over to a mattress called the serene which I ended up loving and purchasing. Fast forward about 3 weeks, i called into Ultrabed because my partner felt that the mattress was a little to soft(I still liked it however) and i was told that i was well within my 4month sleep trial so i could come back in and trade it out with something else. I was super grateful knowing that they really cared enough to let me make the change so quick but in this whole process i received a call from the owner Rick and he told me that he had some ideas to make the mattress feel great for both me and my partner. He recommended that i try out his Back Science mattress and i ended up going with that because i learned that he was a Dr of chiropractic so i trusted his experience. He told me that he could adjust the layering of the mattress to both keep the feel of the original mattress on the surface while providing more support for my partner. I was super excited and when we received the mattress i was shocked. Yes it felt firmer than the original but the comfort literally stayed the same. My partner absolutely loves it and has been sleeping great ever since the adjustment. I couldn’t believe how great the mattress felt on the FIRST NIGHT! Long story short, i have never been to a better mattress store in my life and i am truly grateful for the service I received. I understand now why the back science mattress has the rating it does! Thanks to the staff and owner at Ultrabed.

We recently purchased the Back Science mattress and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The bed itself is truly impressive, offering a customizable comfort layer that allowed us to tailor the feel to our exact preferences. It’s both supportive and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect balance for a good night’s sleep. Plus, it’s fully compatible with adjustable bed frames, which was a feature we were getting.

Speaking of the adjustable bed frame, it’s another highlight of our purchase. The remote is extremely easy to use, making it simple to adjust the bed to our preferred position. The lumbar support is a game-changer for anyone who experiences back pain, and the massage feature adds a touch of luxury that makes bedtime even more relaxing. There is also a usb charger on each side. It didn’t work at first so my husband emailed Ultrabed and they responded right away! They told him what to check and it worked just fine!

What really stood out to us was the customer service. The team at Ultrabed was fantastic—easygoing, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire process. They provided clear, instructional guidance without any pressure to make a purchase, which made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Overall, we’re beyond satisfied with our new bed and the service we received from Dr. Rick and his staff. Highly recommend!

I'm a chiropractor and love this bed, and pillow I also purchased. It's the perfect combination of comfort and support and has improved that all important foundation of health ... sleep.

I recently purchased the Back Science mattress, and it has been a game-changer for my sleep quality. Since switching to this mattress, I’ve experienced significantly better sleep and I have not had any sciatic pain while sleeping. Finding a comfortable mattress with good support was daunting, but the Back Science Bed has exceeded my expectations. I never felt pressured during the purchase process. I was greeted by a friendly staff member and then introduced to Dr Rick who spent time explaining his unique design and how beneficial his mattresses are for back pain sufferers. One of the standout features is there is no restocking fee policy if the mattress isn’t comfortable. Dr. Rick has truly taken the worry out of getting the right mattress without incurring further costs if you’re not happy with it.
Overall, I highly recommend the Back Science Bed for anyone struggling with sleep issues or back pain. It’s a worthwhile investment for your health and well-being.

Sales staff was very friendly, showed us many options and didn't try to push us to one product. We were able to make our decision and customize the mattress for us.

My wife and I received excellent service at the store. Within a minute of entering the store someone was already available to answer our questions and help us try a couple of mattresses of various build and price ranges. The staff was knowledgeable about the various options and did not rush us at all.

Bed was delivered and I needed more support. My wife's side was fine. They sent out reps who replaced the foam on my side (only) with one that was more supportive and firmer. It is helping a lot wwith my back pain and if I need more support during the first year they will come out again if it needs adjustment. Great service.

Exceptional sales staff. My wife and I spoke to each staff member in the store the day of our purchase. Each of them was extremely helpful and did not attempt to hurry a sale. They all gave us a tremendous amount of time to lay on numerous mattresses and ask countless questions.

We ultimately chose a Back Science mattress and we are grateful and happy we did. The mattress has given me the support needed for my troublesome back.

The service was great from the sales staff to the delivery staff. We are confident the service will continue be great if we need any customization to our mattress with that included service.

Came out to adjust the firmness of my bed. The guys were professional and readjusted the firmness of the bed. Couldn’t be happier.

Supporting local businesses is important to us. Rick and his team took time to explain the mattress construction and science behind it. This made all the difference in choosing our mattress.

The staff asked us what we were looking for and answered every single question we had. They gave us an idea of what could be in our price range and what would help me specifically with my back and the stiffness & pain I have daily. They helped us work within our budget, didn't push us into. making a decision, and were so helpful and patient. We really appreciated the top level of service we received!!

My wife and I have never had such a positive experience shopping for mattresses. The team at Back Science fully understand their product and why it is superior to other brands, especially for those who need more back support. They took an immense amount of time asking questions and listening to what we were looking for. We arrived at the perfect Back Science bed for us. Since that time we also have requested adjustments to the pillows we purchased as well and they have made several adjustments without any push back whatsoever. Outstanding quality in both product and service.

We received our new bed, a week ago. We specifically purchased this mattress, because I have had three back surgeries, due to extensive osteoarthritis.
It is very comfortable, and is a huge difference, from our other one. Both my husband and I, have never slept better!

As soon as you walk in the door for this company, you feel valued. Each time my wife and I went to check out the beds, we were greeted, offered water and asked what assistance we needed. We explained our initial needs to the salesperson, who listened intently, asked follow questions and made recommendations based off of his listening. We went right to the Back Science models and feel in love with the product, even before asking the price! Having spent 6 months researching and trying all the top name adjustable beds, purchasing a bed that we had never heard of was not easy, but this is easily the best purchase I could have made. From the service, delivery team, the set up, the quality…everything was delivered as promised. Being on my feet for 10-12 hours per day for work, on concrete floors has caused many body aches. But after just two months, I have been pain free. I never thought a mattress would make such a difference in my quality of life or my wife’s! I definitely recommend giving this bed a try!
