We used Backup Vault for our remote backup services for over 16 years and have always found the support to be reliable and responsive.
As an accountancy practice, data security and peace of mind are extremely important to us, and throughout our time with them the service has been consistent and dependable. Any queries were dealt with promptly and professionally.
We have recently moved to a new cloud-based IT setup due to a wider infrastructure change, but our decision was purely operational and not a reflection on the service received.

I've been working with Backup Vault for years, as I started my Accountancy Consultancy in January 2000 and I've been able to use the software to file my client Annual Accounts with HMRC and the CT600's with Companies House at the touch of a button. I came across BackupVault when I needed to find a new back up provider for my accountancy practice. My previous provider stored data in the US and that was contrary to GDPR regulations for the finace sector. My experience with them has been excellent from the outset. They are helpful, always reply to emails immediately and even assited in helping me to keep my storage bill down by flagging uneccesary file back-ups I was including. I totally recommend Nick and his team.

I was looking for a UK-based replacement for our current school backups provider. Staff at BackupVault have been thoroughly professional and knowledgeable throughout the transition process. They were also very patient with our fairly slow internal finance processes and kept updating quotes as needed without quibbles. I was provided a lengthy trial period to test and I cannot fault the team at BackupVault at all. Cost-wise, they work with a number of backup vendors to ensure a tailored solution at a really great cost. Highly recommended to anyone, but especially anyone in education.

Really easy to setup the trial. Trial works perfectly, application is great and intuitive to use. As a UK Trade organisation we have to maintain our data in the UK and ensure that it is secure - this service offers all of this cover for our GDPR policies, ISO and Cyber Essentials Accreditations.

We’ve been using BackupVaults O365 backup services only for a month, but the whole process from procurement to implementation has been nothing short of exceptional. Their solution offers comprehensive coverage for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange, ensuring that every piece of our critical data is protected (games industry).

Great product and service from BackupVault. Peace of mind that our offsite cloud backups are in safe hands. The software is easy to use and allows for full or incremental/partial backups.
