Very annoying repeated reminders to review a box of foil before I've even opened it. Invasive, and so desperate to get a review before the customer has tried the product I will assume it is total rubbish!

Hi Trevor unfortunately this is how our system works, as soon as you receive a your order you will be asked for a review, this is totally your choice if you wish to do so not, our apologises if you felt it was invasive this wasnt our intention.
Fast service
Fast service, well packaged. Products ordered as yet unused but assuming they will be of the good quality I expect from Bacofoil. Nice to receive a free gift of something I was unlikely to purchase.

I am sorry that you had an issue with the delivery, unfortunately we can only control couriers to a certain extent, if you had contacted our customer services we could of sorted this out for you. But i hope that you experience with Bacofoil and not DPD was good.
Good and efficient service
