Got me the Core Denim Pants. Shipping to Europe took ages, but costumer service is good (they replied to me on instagram). Prices are overpriced for the quality. If you buy from this brand you will pay for a unique piece, but not for a super-high-quality denim. Production felt rushed. Fit is crazy tho.
Terrible customer service, they have not responded to my email and it's been weeks. I don't think I'll be getting my package or refund at this point... I'll have to get my money back through my bank.
It took some time for the jeans to arrive (like 2-3 weeks) which was ok since they had to ship from the US to Europe. The look the same as in the pictures. I dont know how long they will hold up quality wise since i just got them, but they seem to be made quite well. Sizes fit quite well. Im a european 28/29 (quite thin) and ordered a 30. Fits quite well. Idk why there are reviews about having problems with custumer service, could be that they were unlucky. Its usually the bad experiences that write a review so i wanted to make it fairer otherwise youre just gonna see people complaining ;)
Ordered from them once before and it was fine. This time, I got two jackets which came out to over $400. I got them pre-made as I was early for the drop. Pre-made their policy says itll ship 3-4 weeks after order date. I ordered on Nov 27th 2024. It is now January 4th, 2025, and I had reached out prior to today. They got back to me December 26th saying their apologies and itll be shipped out top of the following week which would have been December 30th. I followed up January 3rd, and they said theyre WAITING for one of the jackets to be delivered TO THEM and it is out of their control. They asked if I wanted a refund and to cancel and i said NO dont cancel my order, but I would like a refund as it is ridiculous they told me it would be sent out by now and are now saying they dont even have it? They said no theyre not refunding me so I then asked how that is fair to not even OFFER a PARTIAL refund, and asked for a timeline of when it'll be in. They then just responded "your order has been cancelled and you will be refunded". WHEN I NEVER SAID TO CANCEL MY ORDER IN FACT I REITERATED AT LEAST TWICE TO NOT CANCEL IT AND JUST GIVE ME A GENERAL TIMELINE OF WHEN ITLL BE IN. They are now unresponsive.
They cheatet me from My money, they have not refunded my money , and have Been 4 month now , they dont Answer mail Or messege on their instagram
