The company went in liquidation in September 22. Do not use them. Tok 1100£ from my account and took one year. Still no whereabouts of my parcels to USA. Do not use them. Go by post office. Or dhl or any other company.
Took deposit failed to provide a service

Ended up leaving the UK without arranging a pick up and refused to give back deposit. Terrible company with no morals they screwed up the quote and then kept my money. Do not use them
Now in liquidation
I paid baggage hub £1750 to move some personal belongings from Spain to Australia in march 2022. Now October 2022. They have gone into liquidation and I have lost my money AND possessions. Once they are located i have to pay another company to deliver them. And at a higher cost. DONT USE THEM. if you have paid them and not received a service contact Tru Solv the insolvency agents. But there is no chance we will get any money back
Worst criminals ever!
I don't know what to ad. I have a hard time accepting that I have been scammed. I had no idea. Everything looked legit and professional when I chose that company. I have 14 boxes with them and paid nearly 2500€ to have them shipped from Germany to the US. I have just found out about the liquidation and am furious! These people are the worst of criminals!
NIGHTMARE - Scam
This company BaggageHub made me pay for a huge amount of money for a transport of my stuff to USA via Airfreight and after a month waiting I saw my things did not come.
I contacted them via mails over and over and nobody could give me a position. Phone calls were also not replied. I organized the contact of their Customer service manager and sent the email once again and they promised to provide me an explanation, which I never got.
After few more mails and new talking to new people always telling that they will find out where my things are and why it was not even sent from their warehose after such long period, I saw that they ceased to exist and are in liquidation.
I don't know how I will ever retrieve my belongings again.

this is a scam company for sure. im looking to enter some legal action with them. my items have still not arrived and are 3 month late almost already that what they told me it should take. Joan, the employee there, is just a crook and liar, every week she says she will send my stuff in the next flight this week. I heard that like 5 times over the past 3 month. and now they entered liquidation. Im hoping of finding a group to enter legal battle against them as ive seen many people had the same issue and got scammed.

Baggage Hub/Shipping Force nothing but a bunch of crooks, took almost £2,000 never sent goods and been fighting to get money back since January 2022. As of this week they’ve ceased trading!

This is hands down the worst shipping company i’ve came across. The customer service told me that they will process my refund and its already been 4-6 months of back to back replying of “ill check with my senior or ill get back to you”. The customer service never replied and give updates about the refund. I didnt use their service and cancelled last minute luckily, after reading all the bad reviews about this scamming company and i was about to ship boxes of important stuff. This company is a scam, trust me. Try using services like interparcel, theyre more reliable by far. Scammed almost £1000, this company is a joke, hopefully they can shutdown sooner or later, so that other customers dont face the same problem like all the reviews here.

I am finally coming to accept I’ve been scammed. I shipped my boxes over 9 months ago. No one is answering me. My point of contract blocked me (I’ve only emailed her twice to check on my stuff) and my 2nd email I got a bounce back saying I’ve been blocked. I’m really sad to have lost so many important things. Do NOT use this company.

SCAM, please do not send them any money, nor their sister company Shipping Force. They are a complete waste of time and will take your money and provide you with no service, no support when querying that service, and basically just there to steal from you. WASTE OF TIME

Please be mindful. Business is a fraud. There has been no update in the last three months regarding my refund of more than £700. I have been checking in with them every week and have given them my bank information because I know I am their first priority, but there has been no word on the reimbursement. Please avoid using this business. To collect my refund, I believe I may need to hire a legal team. The CEO has not even apologised to me. It’s a complete SCAM
Payed 25% more than the last invoice stated as BaggageHub are refusing to refund us the difference after saying they would.
At first, we were very happy with BaggageHub's services. They were quick to respond to phone calls and emails. And we were unsure about the number of boxes we'd need so they said we can pay for more and then get a refund should we send less. They then picked up our stuff from the UK and delivered it to Sweden within a few weeks.
But when it came to sorting out the last invoice - and getting the refund for the difference between what we've paid them and what the actual move cost - this company just stopped answering. Although the last invoice they sent us is 25% less than what we paid they're refusing to pay back this amount.
We've tried calling, leaving messages, emailing, and sending new requests on their websites. We've tried logging in on their platform again, but conveniently they've closed our account. No one will give us an answer on why they won't refund us, although the last email we received said they would.
It has now been almost three months. And although it's only about £300 they owe us, I feel so miss treated and angry for all the time I've spent trying to get a hold of someone, just anyone, at this company. So, in the end, they've charged us 25% more than what the cost of the move actually came to.
If you're still choosing to use this company, make sure to only pay for what the service actually cost and don't listen to their talk about refunding the difference in the end. They most likely will find a way not to.
To avoid at all cost
I paid to move 4 suitcases of my clothes from Finland to Argentina. I sent the suitcases on January 25th and I received them at my home in Argentina on June 7th (total : 4 months and a half!).
The kept my suitcases in storage for almost 2 months and then because of a mismanagement from them, it was stuck in customs for a month and a half.
I had to hire a broker and to pay for the customs storage fee. Everything costed me 1000 euros more and a lot of stress, emails, phone calls etc.
They are impossible to contact, the customer service is inexistant. You have to pretend to be a new customer to have someone on the phone.
I would really advise you to hire a real shipping company. They are cheaper but it is not worth all the stress and the time you lose trying to fix their mistakes. And also, it ends up costing you more money.
Terrible - still no update!
To say I have and am continuing to have an horrendous time with Baggage Hub would be an understatement. Goods collected in early April but absolutely no update where things are and nobody answering any of the phone lines / emails. I occasionally had a reply from one member of staff but she has now left! I'm in China but who knows where my possessions are.

I hired this company on the 7th January 2022 to send the personal possessions of a friend back to her home country. The boxes were collected by a third party company - and so far (as of 30th May 2022) have never been seen again. They were never delivered and the last time I spoke to this company the boxes were being stored in a storage facility in Liverpool. This Baggage Hub company promised to deliver these boxes door to door within 3 months during their sales pitch!

Finally things have arrived (hence the 2 stars, was honestly worried they managed to burn everything to the ground) but even the level of incompetence extended to a few broken items as well (luckily most of the items were books)

Be warned, impossible to talk to and hidden fees
I used Relohub in 2017 for a relocation to Germany and they were fine, so went back to find they had changed to Baggagehub. My mistake in assuming the same service. It is a platform company now, sales in Slough ok. The handed off to a project manager in the Philippines available in her office hours and no one answers the phone ever. No reassuring details until one business day before the move. So a crew arrived in Berlin from Lithuania (nice men) and had no real guide as to when our belongings would arrive back in the UK as they then went on to collect another home from Munich. The lack of communication and uncertainty was not anticipated. The insurance was more than our household insurance for a year (the war in Ukraine was the answer when I queried) not sue how that impacted a Berlin London move. I continue to receive bills for an incorrectly raised invoice which is settled. Next time I will look into the recent reviews even with companies I know. The removals team were good, just Baggage hub were the worst

I paid for 7/10 day airfreight and it took 40+ days and literally a hundred phone calls and emails to finally get my boxes. I should have known to not use this company when the empty free packing boxes I was sent got stuck in customs before ever reaching my original destination. I was also overcharged from the beginning on the customer portal and was told I would have to wait to get the credit I am due. Now I am having to chase down this money and my hopes of getting the nearly €400 are not high. My boxes which left my house nice and neat were delivered broken, smashed and basically look like they have been through a war zone.
