I purchased a bag from here, used once and the zip broke. Appalling customer service who advised their policy was 14 days if changed your mind. I pointed out they the bag wa faulty and I was only 1 day over the 14 days but they have refused to help. Contacted Klarna but these people said they would not assist as I notified Klarna to instigate a return. Since then my emails have been ignored
