Mi experiencia es que han debitado dinero de mi cuenta sin mi consentimiento, y denuncie el caso a mi cuenta bancaria. Es una falta de respecto al trabajo delas personas que nos ganamos el dinero con esfuerzo. No me interesa tener ninguna suscripción con ustedes.

The entire process was an issue I am hoping it is fully resolved at this point due to a quick response from the resolution team although that I had to submit a review for my refund to become active wow???

Took my money and payed for something I didn't even know

I am writing to formally address a concerning matter regarding a transaction I did not authorize. It appears that funds have been taken from me, from "my account" for a subscription I did not agree to, and an account I did not establish. I understand that a five-star review has been requested in exchange for a refund, which I am now providing in the hope of recovering my funds. This goes against the trust pilots terms and conditions. I shouldnt leave a review because i have been offered something, but unfortunately this is how this company has chosen to proceed. I emailed them immediately when i found fraud charges were taken out of my bank account. They said that they would refund me and cancel my subscription. Low and behold, that wasnt the truth. And they took out the "monthly subscription" from me following that interaction. I trust that this resolution will be promptly facilitated. Shout out to the entire escalation team, & "Claire". Who didnt cancel this account the first time when they agreed to it. And then charged me. And now results into this review!!! Yay!

Shity they take all your money and they will not cancel your subscription they will keep taking your money DONT DO IT ITS A SCAM SO FAR THEY HAVE TOOK 155 PLUS 44 DOLLARS WITH OUT MY PERMISSION
