Well worth the drive into Ottawa
My husband and I visited the store on Campeau drive and received excellent service. Sukkar was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He walked us through our options, recommended finishing products and worked with us to ensure timely delivery. Additionally he helped us meet our budget while ensuring we purchased everything we needed. We saved close to a $1000 compared to big box quotes and we still managed to improve on our options. Well worth the drive!

Fantastic store for contractors and homeowners
Great selection had my product in stock. Store is nice and clean. Great pricing. Clint was a great help. I’ll definitely be shopping here in the future. Also they have a great selection on vanities.

Jortin was exceedingly helpful and found a solution for the positioning of our new shopper in the basement, which had a rough-in for the drain in a difficult location. Super knowledgeable and friendly as well!

I would like to extend my appreciation to Stephanie, Store Manager at Bath Depot Windsor branch. We had a defect on a smart toilet we purchased and Stephanie did not hesitate to correct the situation immediately. Her appreciation for making things right for us as a customer is what makes a difference. We have made a multitude of purchases from BATH DEPOT Windsor over the last two years and we would not hesitate to go back due to our personal experience with Stephanie. Great Customer Service
Was greeted when I entered the store and was able to get help right away finding what I was looking for. I had a lot of questions and they were all answered. Prices were great, especially compared to other plumbing stores.
